Had a scheduled Uhaul Rental. Although the unit was there to be picked up no one was able to work a computer to actually do the rental. Missed my pickup and delivery. I highly recommend @Uhaul stop servicing through this location and that no one talk their vehicle their for service. Very unhelpful. read more

This review is way below a 1 star. It does not The worst costumer service ever! I was told one price at the beginning and changed me double! This is not how you treat costumers at no point! The lady that works there at the beginning was very nice and then she turned completely a different person very rude and started yelling sat me. She told me to pay and to leave, I was kicked out for her rudeness. They charge costumers extra fees at the end, and if you do not pay the fee they will not give you your keys. Very, very poor costumer service. The technicians were OK, but the lady at the front, not so much. DO not take your vehicle here, take it to another trusted and respected mechanic. read more

Not even one star, they were to replace my engine with a brand new jasper, they nickel and dined me doubled all the costs of parts and labor. They broke the new engine in and it wasn't even hooked up correctly, none of the air lines were ran correctly, it was short 2 gallons of anti freeze, they broke the trans dipstick, came back with a leaking trans and rear wheel cylinder. They told me bring dipstick they bought for it back when I said it was wrong one, refused to return it and when when they said they would told me it's my cost to pay shipping and restocking fee. Wires to engine were a mess. I am a side mechanic and only needed engine swapped as I didn't have the room to do it. When I picked it up they said they wouldn't warranty any of the parts cause it wasn't done, yet the broke in engine and said there's more to do with a broken door latch, leaking break line and said until fixed wouldn't warranty yet they only bought parts for engine. Then he back talked, took a recorder with me and got him recorded saying he'd warranty it, no problem returning dipstick and emails saying he would give me the 2 gallons and receipts. I would not recommend going here unless you plan on paying triple of what is estimated and good luck getting a straight answer from the office the secretary acts like she's a boss and snotty in emails. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS BUSINESS! Read the complaints on BBB! Don't make our mistake. The owner (Bill Wilson) was originally nice and accommodating to my husband and I. My husband and I purchased a 1967 Ford Mustang and wanted Bill to help restore it. We needed the engine rebuilt, all mechanical up to date, power steering installed, and the heater and ac completed. We started this project in 2019. My husband is in the Navy and was stationed in Japan during the first year that Bill had our Mustang. Also, I work in Chicago, so he knew that neither of us could come to check on the work that was "completed" that he charged us for. He completely took advantage of our circumstance and used it against us. In 2020, the pandemic made it harder for the company to work on the vehicle. We still continued to pay even though no major work was done during this year. Bill started dodging our calls after I questioned him on the invoices and if the work had been completed or was to be completed. He assured me that the work had been completed and that all we needed to do was finish paying on it. My husband was transfered back to the United States and was now able to check on it. He tried to contact Bill to see the progress he had made, but he noticed that most of the work that was on the invoices was not complete. My husband and I started to follow up regularly, but Bill never answered. His nice assistant Carrie always tried to help us track him down, so we can speak, but it would be weeks before we would hear from him. He would always state that he would check on it and get back to us. In early 2021, Bill had really stopped answering our calls. We only spoke with Carrie and he was either never there or would call us back. The call back would never happen. I went over our invoices and noticed that they had charged us for an amount that I paid. Carrie reconciled it and it ended up taking a couple thousand dollars off of the bill. I let Carrie and Bill know that everything needed to be finished on the car before July 2021, because we were moving to Virginia. They understood and stated that the couple things not done would be complete by then. I gave them almost another full month to get it done. My husband and I called Bill multiple times a week and a half before we rented the car transport, so that he could finish anything that was not complete. He stated that he would do a walk through with us to show us all of the items we paid for on the mustang and everything that had been installed when we pick it up on Friday August 20th. He also stated that he would help us put the mustang on the transport. I called yesterday morning and Carrie informed me that Bill came in for an hour and he left. I asked if he would be back and she stated no. I asked if she could call him, because he had 4 charges of labor on 4 different invoices for the same item. When she called him he let her know that he discussed it with us, even though he didn't, and that he wasn't going to answer. Sure enough he did not answer. My husband and I both called from our cell phones and left a few text messages on Bill's cell phone. He didn't call back. We could not believe the way he was acting toward us. When we got to the business to pick up the mustang, Carrie had one of the mechanics  walk us through all of the parts that were on the mustang and everything that was installed. The parts that were not installed were on the backseat and in the trunk. The mechanic confirmed that some of the labor he saw on the invoices was not completed, because he was the one that worked on the vehicle. Carrie called Bill to let him know what the mechanic found on the invoices and that the labor should be taken off. He finally answered and she tried to get a word in about the situation, but he stated he was not removing any labor off of our invoices and hung up on her. He is very impatient, disrespectful to his employees and does not value his customers money. My husband saved up his money for this man to tell us that we can't get our car unless we pay the full amount. He knew that the work hadn't been completed, which is why he left early even after he told us he would be there. Also, my husband spent almost $18,000 for all of the work to be complete. When the car was picked up by Bill  the car was running, but now it doesn't run at all. The work that was started on the engine and transmission was never completed. We now have a car that doesn't start, a whole bunch of random parts from O'Reilly in the back seat, and no battery (the battery was in the car originally and now it's not). It was so sad to see my husband's face after we picked the car up, because this was his dream to restore a 1967 Mustang. I am so disappointed in this business on all levels. I should've read the reviews before we trusted Bill with our vehicle. I don't know how this business is even open. read more

not fan of this shop, my husband took his car in to have the rear struts fixed they ended up fixing the front control arm that has nothing to do with the issue in the rear of the car. they broke off a lug nut refused to fix told my husband that the fixing front of the car for almost $600 would fix the issue and then denied that they even said that to him he had to but two new tires, the tire shop almost refused to put on the new tires because this repair shop had the lug nuts and such so caked with grease that the tire shop deemed it unsafe. my husband had to take his car to two other shops in the area to get an inspection done just to confirm 1. that work was actually done 2. that my husband was correct as to what was wrong with vehicle 3. what had been fixed was NOT helping or fixing the rear issue so now we have to spend ANOTHER $580 to fix what should have been fixed in the first place. this place is nothing but a scam wish i didnt have to give it a star at all read more

This is the only place that we will take our cars to be fixed, or even just an oil change. The customer service is beyond stellar. I love that they provide a loaner car free of charge. The communication is great regarding, diagnostic, charges, and turn around time. Tim is the person that I always work with. He does such a great job. I always get coupons in the mail for future work as well. This is a very honest business, and they will always have my business. You will not be disappointed. read more

Worst place to do business if you want your repairs done properly. We had our brakes replaced and within a couple of months we had to return because they were squeaking. They tried not to even look at them again but realized they were still under warranty. Then when they did drive it- they claimed to be deaf and not hear the sound!
