Dan contacted me in the morning and they got right on it. An hour or so later he called and said the pump was bad and there were numerous transmission codes. He gave me a quote and was upfront with me that it may actually be more once they tear into the transmission. Understandably, this wasn't something that could be fixed within a day or two. I told him we would have to have it towed to Illinois and then rent a car to get back. I tried to pay them for diagnostics but they refused and said it was their policy to give free diagnostics and estimates. Dan said to have anybody that ends up working on the car to give him a call and he would let them know what they found. I felt really bad I wasn't give him my business, but told him I'd write a review. If I were to ever live in the area, this is undoubtedly be where my vehicles would be serviced. I have dealt with this company for over 2 yrs now trying to get my car fixed properly…read more They are horrible to work with. They try selling you everything under the sun that has nothing to do with the reason you're there. I had 4 power steering pumps put in before they got it right and that was after they had to replace the head they cracked while using the wrong size bit to drill out a snapped bolt. Guess who had to pay because they claimed it wasn't their fault. $1500. for a head. Plan and simple it's been nothing but problems. Trying to talk to their district manager because my timing is slipping again, it's eating oil left and right, and I was told I've been nothing but a problem and I should take it elsewhere for a second opinion because it's not their problem. So on a scale of 1-10 I'd give this facility a -10.

Every time I have went they are texting me or giving me fliers about selling my car. I'm willing to put up with this for the $20 oil change. *The following happened to me today and I'm VERY irritated. I bought tires at Costco and they TOOK OFF my Costco sticker for when my tires need to be rotated and sent me home with a sheet noting an alignment should be done next visit and it is $189. So now I have to call Costco to ask when my car should be serviced by them because Toyota removed the sticker. Removing the sticker had me furious as soon as I noticed at the light pulling out. It reminded me of another situation. Prior to getting new tires at Costco my car had only been serviced at Toyota. My tires needed a tool to get them off. So Costco could not take them off, I called Toyota who informed me they wouldn't have used my tool as they use a universal one. I sure as heck wasn't in my replacement tire area removing any of the tools. So I had to order the tool to get the tire off, make another appointment at Costco. Just a giant waste of time and now my time is wasted again because they removed the sticker. It's sad, I think this was my last visit to Team Toyota Service..over a sticker.
