I want to give them zero. They say 24/7 but it's a lie. I parked in the wrong spot accidentally. Towed my car. I don't even live in the city. Now we can't figure out how to find our cars. Went to two different places. Still can't find the cars. Here it is 5:30am and people have to work. Just to pay for an extremely high tow rate. And $50 just to get it early. That's not okay. Gas is already high. Putting these random prices and charging it is not okay! Places like this have zero compassion. Andddd for them to not answer the phone when ppl need their cars is not okay. I wish I could give them the lowest possible rating ever . Very money hungry ! Will find any and every reason to tow your car . Looking at other reviews and listening to my apartment complex they say that they are " aggressive " and it's so true ! I would atleast think they could give you a warning or a ticket before just up and taking your vehicle early in the morning . People have jobs and a life so to wake up to my vehicle being taken with out any warning is very upsetting. When I called and asked them why they acted like they didn't care. Maybe it's just my imagination but you tell me what you think. I went to the location on grant st and I saw several cars getting buzzed through the gate but when I get to the gate I had to wait 7 minutes and then I didn't get buzzed in someone walked out the building over to the gate and asked what can I do for you? I'm trying to get some work done on my truck and he walked back in and buzzed me in. And everyday for two weeks they kept saying they were coming to pick up my truck and never did. I'm trying not to call it racism but it's hard to support a neighborhood business when that business doesn't care about the customers who live in the community so no more support for small businesses for me. read more

Not good company for being contracted with apartment complex check their reviews on all sites. They do not handle situations professionally I understand the truck driver is following the rules he was instructed to, but why tow a car if the individual is sitting in the car next to it and approach you saying its theres they will move or go in the house and get a pass.? They just wanted money and it was flat out dirty. Then they have no receipt to write you you have to get it sent to your phone They charged us 100 to not tow a Un hooked up car. Then said it's more once it get to place if he tow it. I received a receipt on my phone saying I paid 150 which I didn't and the address of the location on receipt is not where the vehicle was. I hired ROCS to be aggressive at the community I Manage. He and his staff did just that removing hundreds of cars that were either abandoned or not lawfully permitted to be here. Those that follow the rules of the property are pleased with the all the available parking. Those whom don't are angry and i'm okay with that! read more

I never leave reviews because I never experience service this terrible. I Wish I could give zero stars. Unbelievably horrible customer service. Spoke with a person who made absolutely no attempt to understand my point of view After I informed him that my car was damaged after ROCS WRONGFULLY towed it from my place. He instantly became dismissive and defensive and brought up attorneys and lawyers when all I wanted to know was why my new car was Damaged when there was nothing wrong with it previously. He was also condescending. Meanwhile my car is out of service all from a tow the company admitted was completed in error. Meaning the fault was never mine in the first place. DO NOT do business with this company. Terrible people and awful customer service. Poorly managed. i used To be a supplier of theres until they started bouncing checks a month or two after our business relationship began. I contacted them regarding this several times and it was always a run around. How busy they were and that they would take care of it. Nothing changed. They stopped answering the phone when I called. Stopped responding to emails and text messages. now I have to turn them into my companys collections agency. I can't say enough bad things about how they treat people and conduct business.
