The tow truck operator better be professional by exhibing a genuine interest in helping you, introducing himself, speak to the customer and at least act as if you love your job. Service with a smile, what happened to that? Being rude and rather uninterested in communicating properly is not professional behavior. My service station referred this towing company. Not good. If you don't like your job, find an occupation that makes you happy. Silence is golden. I felt very uncomfortable riding in the passenger seat with the tow truck operator. I would not recommend this towing company based on my personal experience and lack of respect towards me, the customer.

Not only that, Eliud was very patient with the process of recovering my car and setting it up so it could be taken. It had 3 flat tires and he was able to tow it. He took me to the location and we had a great conversation at a personal level. He even gave me a ride back home because the mechanic was already closed. My experience was so good that I even thought of inviting Eliud for a beer. But, I was really tired after that long day. Great person to go through in this type of situation. When he gave me his business card he said "I hope you don't need it again. But, in case you do, here is my card" Thankful for his services and professionalism.

When I called my provider back was told that the tow company driver was delayed by previous client. Was given another ETA (40 more minutes) no success. Called the tow company dispatch again straight to full voice mail. When I finally cancelled the tow truck at 1:18pm and asked for another, the owner of this company stated that it was not his fault but Geico fault because their was multiple clients ahead of us. When I told him that I was going to write a review he stated go ahead I'm just going to dispute. If you can't handle the job just let the provider (insurance company) know because people are waiting on your company when they are in distress. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!
