What started as a very stressful day turned into a much better experience thanks to his professionalism and kindness. I hit a huge pothole on I-94 near Gary, Indiana, which caused a flat tire and left me stranded on the shoulder with traffic flying by at highway speeds. I was on my way home to spend Father's Day with my dad, and this was the last thing I expected to happen. From the moment Jamie spoke with me on the phone, he was calm, reassuring, and genuinely caring. He made me feel like I was in good hands before he even arrived. Once he got there, he was professional, efficient, and incredibly courteous. Jamie then drove both me and my vehicle all the way to my dealer's service department in Illinois. During the drive, we had a wonderful conversation, and I was impressed by how warm, friendly, and compassionate he was. After many years in the towing industry, it would be easy for someone to become indifferent, but Jamie was exactly the opposite. He showed genuine empathy and treated me with kindness and respect throughout the entire experience. If you ever find yourself needing a tow, I highly recommend Need A Lift Auto Towing Service. Thank you, Jamie, for turning a difficult and stressful situation into a much more positive experience. Your outstanding customer service will not be forgotten.

Pass these guys up!…read more There is far more to towing than just retrieving a vehicle and transporting it to a designated auto repair company. The tow truck operator better be professional by exhibing a genuine interest in helping you, introducing himself, speak to the customer and at least act as if you love your job. Service with a smile, what happened to that? Being rude and rather uninterested in communicating properly is not professional behavior. My service station referred this towing company. Not good. If you don't like your job, find an occupation that makes you happy. Silence is golden. I felt very uncomfortable riding in the passenger seat with the tow truck operator. I would not recommend this towing company based on my personal experience and lack of respect towards me, the customer.

I'm going 25 into 20, in a residential area, it's after school and there are children around playing outside.
