I was driving on the expressway when I hit a big pothole and half of my exhaust came off. We called High Impact Towing and they were very nice and helpful on the phone. The time estimate was very reasonable, and accurate. Only about 20 min. Junior was very friendly, very professional, and helpful. Overall very good experience. read more

I want to thank you for all your help. I had to get my brothers car to my garage and they picked up brought it to my house. They answer quickly and had my brothers van at my house in 30 minutes. We had transmission failure and just made it off 94 in Hammond, In. Junior at High Impact Towing answered right away after 5pm and came to our aid quickly. We were then towed through Chicago to our dealership in Glencoe with two adults and a large dog in the cab with Junior for a reasonable price. High Impact Towing gave a very stressful situation an easy solution. Thanks again Junior! read more

Called as an emergency tow on Sunday and they were able to pick us up in 20 minutes(the time that was promised). Both the dispatcher and driver were professional and courteous. The pricing was reasonable and they gave us a choice of cash or credit. I would recommend them to friends and family. read more

The driver didn't have change when the person on the phone said he would, so we had to go & get change to give him the exact amount. Then when we made it to the spot to meet him, we beat him there & called to see where he was & once he made it he had an attitude the whole time after that. It was cold & he was unprepared so we were just trying to have the car towed & go...especially since it was around 9pm. Call someone else if you need a tow! read more
