Then on top of making that drive, just charged a flat rate to my insurance so it cost me $0. I got to sit up front with my dog in my lap and had an awesome conversation the entire time with the driver (who is also the owner) - the drive flew by. You know when you meet someone who just FEELS like a good person - like you can feel their good vibes radiating out of them? That is how I felt about the owner of this place. Legit awesome. I had a van towed all the way to the Southside from near the United Center. That seems excessive. The woman on the phone was nice enough and reminded "open" for me to get the van that night. The guy who gave me back the van was actually super nice and made me feel at ease, especially since I was having a bit of a breakdown with all this stress. The only thing I didn't like is that they wanted me to Venmo or Apple Pay them (no credit cards). I think I know why, but this came off really shady in the moment and took longer to get the car out because of it. Again, this is a towing company so it's not the place for happy people. However, I suppose the whole ordeal could have been way worse and they had a sliver of decent customer service. Probably my weirdest review here!
