If she wouldn't have researched and asked then the vehicle might have had issues. The service department states they completed what was asked and then things are not done or completed. I have to check my wife vehicle to make sure the fluids were replaced like it said on work order. Waste of gas and time back and forth to dealer. BMW should be better due to cost of vehicle and cost of services. Very disappointing. Only BMW dealer in area, unless traveling to Orland Park, IL for service.

My car was towed to this mechanic because it wasn't starting. I specifically told him about a hole…read morein a coolant pipe that needed to be fixed, but that issue was completely ignored. Instead, he charged me for a timing cover--something I never asked for and that didn't address the actual problem. After keeping my car for weeks, he didn't do anything to get the engine running. When we finally got the car back, we realized it had been completely dismantled. As you can see in the photos, nothing is connected, spark plugs were left in a plastic bag, and he even left one of his SHOP RAGS INSIDE THE ENGINE. This is NOT how the car was brought to him. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to inspect it right away because his shop hours were during my work hours, and all of our communication was over the phone with my girlfriend. We paid over the phone by giving him my card number for manual entry, trusting that he was being honest. Looking back, there were red flags--weeks with no updates, delays before he even looked at the car, and Bruno's attitude on the phone. Because of all this, we decided to tow the car elsewhere for repairs, and that's when we saw the condition it was in. My car was returned in WORSE condition than when it arrived. We ended up getting the engine replaced with a different mechanic and had a MUCH better experience.

CAVEAT EMPTOR UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE, IMPROPER REASSEMBLY, AND DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE…read more My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park was completely unacceptable and far below the standard expected from a Mercedes-Benz dealership And The MERCEDES BRAND USA as i contacted them and heard nothing to report the service . After servicing my vehicle, the dealership installed a part incorrectly and returned the vehicle without properly inspecting its work. My vehicle also had extensive damage that was not present when I brought it in. The leather and seats were cut and scratched, other areas of the interior were scratched, and the exterior of the vehicle was scratched as well. A portion of the cigarette lighter/ashtray compartment was also broken. The dealership placed the large, dirty protective vehicle cover inside the passenger area and left it across my back seat. I was allowed to drive all the way home without anyone telling me it was there. I did not discover it until my daughter asked what the dirty cover was doing in the back seat. I am attaching photographs that clearly show: The part that was installed incorrectly The cuts and scratches to the leather and seats The scratches and damage throughout the interior The scratches to the exterior of the vehicle The broken portion of the cigarette lighter/ashtray compartment The dirty protective cover left inside my vehicle These photographs show exactly how Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park returned my vehicle to me. I immediately contacted Mercedes-Benz USA and was told that a case had been opened. I was given a case number and expected someone to contact me about the improper work and damage. Despite being assigned a case number, I never received the promised follow-up or any meaningful resolution. This was not a minor inconvenience. My vehicle was improperly reassembled, damaged inside and outside while in the dealership's care, and returned to me in an unacceptable condition. My complaint was then ignored. A luxury dealership should carefully inspect its work and treat every customer's property with professionalism and respect. Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park failed to do so. I own two Mercedes-Benz vehicles and have supported this brand, but this experience has completely changed how I feel about Mercedes-Benz. Because of the improper workmanship, extensive damage, lack of accountability, and failure to follow up, I will never purchase another Mercedes-Benz. Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park and Mercedes-Benz USA need to accept responsibility, correctly install the part, repair all interior and exterior damage, and explain why my complaint was never properly addressed. This is unacceptable business practice for any dealership--especially one representing the Mercedes-Benz name. I have damage to the outside photos as well

I explained that I would select a replacement when I pick up the other items, but I was advised that the entire order would need to be refunded, and I could then reorder everything at pickup. This is not the reason I ordered online. As a result, I requested a full refund, and I have since purchased the part from Napa Auto Parts nearby, where I can pick it up directly. I was told that I could not get a refund reciept. AutoZone does not give refund reciepts I will see it in my bank account in a week. Such poor service.

As soon as we got there the owner Joe was very kind & very quickly gave us the keys to the Infiniti we were looking to purchase to take it for a test drive.
