We brought our GMC Yukon to Jim's Auto Clinic on Oct 20, 2025 for front-end noise and shaking. They said it was the bearings, charged nearly $800, and gave the car back -- still unsafe to drive. When we returned, Frank (the "manager") then said it was actually the control arms, $300 each. No accountability, no concern for safety, and they returned the car still dangerous -- even though my girlfriend drives with four kids. Frank was rude and didn't want to answer the question of "did you return us a safe vehicle! Instead he walked away! Totally unacceptable experience. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! read more

went for a quick oil change and the manager said my c had a couple things wrong with it and I said show me, so he did and I didn't see a problem with the stuff he showed me and I asked him why he thought the stuff on my car was bad and he couldn't even give me a clear answer. the manager tried to rip me off!!! Worst car shop ever... EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Had ne waiting literally from 10 am to close (5:30pm). Had to come jump my own car, they never even looked at it. Ron (receptionist) was extremely disrespectful and didnt even attempt to service my vehicle. I had to jump my vehicle on my own just to get it off their lot and they never even touched it. Never called me or communicated with me at all. Will never return to this pathetic excuse of a car shop. read more

The absolute worse. I would never come here again even though I've been satisfied by them in the past. 1st I get an estimate for my car for services and say I'll return. I return and they take my car knowing the quote I was given previously, but why do I get a call saying that it's going to cost almost $300 more? I converse with them for at least 20 minutes and I accept paying $190 more than originally quoted because they had staff problems in the past, and the issues are rooted in that and I understand that. 3hrs later (they told me it'll take 2hrs) I call about eta and they say oh I was just about to call you, it's ready. Okay I get dropped off and my bro is like where's your car. I go in and ask them if it is ready they say yeah. I pay, sign documents, and they hand me my keys and says my car is outside. I send my bro away (he was waiting to make sure car complete) get in my car and see that my check engine light is still on. I go in, not thinking anything is wrong, and ask can they clear the light. They take my keys and say sure. But then, they come and say it's not complete yet it's going to take another hour. I'm usually a cool customer I understand issues I understand rogue workers but what the hell. So you telling me that I paid for a service and was about to leave from your location without this service being completed. And then it's going to take you another hour after you've had my car for 5hrs. Woosah. This is passed unprofessional. I'm going to BBB, all sites you can rank on, everything I can because this company needs to change or shut down. I normally don't leave comments on anything good or bad but this is Terrible Service. So instead of me sitting at my sister house doing my work I am here writing this review. I took my SUV in for repairs of Emissions test. They gave me a tuneup which did not meet the codes I had failed with. So I was not able to get the waiver are getting my car passed. They did not accept responsibility so I lost $520 in repairs cost. So if I can rate them as a 0 I would have done that. Please do not take your car over there for any work. read more

Took my 2008 cadillac cts in that had been sitting in my backyard for a year and a half because nobody could get it started after a couple days they found my electrical problem at a fraction of the cost that other shops was quoting safe to say I found me a new shop thanks guys for making me feel like family. read more

Have taken both of our cars repeatedly. overall good experiences. They are very helpful and will start with the simple fix instead of jumping in to fix the most expensive thing it "could be." They also understand that working people have a budget. they have always been honest and have got my car running like new. read more

Jim, the owner called and apologized very shortly. He is the owner, and also the older guy I dealt with when I had work done in August just prior to my trip. He was very sincere and has taken steps to correct the problem. As a result, We are no longer looking for a new repair shop. I was surprised to even receive a phone call and that goes a very long way. He even gave me his personal phone number. So if you have a problem here, be sure to talk to Jim before you take drastic actions, such as leaving a bad review, or taking your business elsewhere. I was taking my care here for years well until I discovered they tried to get over on me. I had rear shocks done and noticed that my car was still making noise when I went over bumps. I got a second opinion and they discovered that they had put two different shocks on my car. I paid a lot of money for two NEW struts. If I wanted junk yard parts I would have gone to an alley mechanic. This was very disappointing and they have lost integrity of their business. read more
