We were told to find out what the problem was and bring it back. I told him that's why I'm bringing it to you. He told us to leave it and he would call. He never called so the car was there over night. The next day I called and he said you saw we had a lot of cars out there and we were busy. I told him that's poor business and he got upset and said you can come get it because I don't want to work on your car. I will never go there again. I also advise anyone to not go there for service.

Told me and my husband that we need rotors and break pads in all tires. We asked him if we can buy our own parts and they do the job. He said that's fine and make it ceramic because it is softer and won't make any noise and to bring it the next day around 8. So we bought the parts at auto zone because that's the auto store where they order their parts. When we bought it we made sure they were all ceramics. So, the next day we were there before 8. However, that dude wasn't even there yet. Find out he wasn't even a mechanic. He was a tow truck driver in that place. Anyway, we finally got in and went home. They called us 2 1/2 hours later that car is ready. When we reached there they told us that one of the parts wasn't the right one. So they put their own parts and we have to pay for it. We got mad because why didn't they told us this when we gave them the parts or neither when they called us? Anyway, we paid and returned the other parts that wasn't used to auto zone. First day we drove, break was ok. Then it started to squeak especially during rainy days. I went back there. Told me nothing is wrong with my breaks. Told me that next time I'll have my breaks change, they should provide the parts. What a SCAMMERS!!! I brought the car to another mechanic and bought another ceramics pads. For months now my car breaks have no issues. The mechanic told me that the pads that auto mex installed were all metallic that's why it squeaks. We have been scammed by AUTO MEX. They switched the parts that we bought. Hope you enjoyed the money that you got from the parts that we bought because pretty soon you will be loosing your customers and then your business. KARMA!!!

PLEASE READ MY REVIEW!!!!!!!…read more I am writing regarding my recent experience with RMG Auto Repair Center and the diagnostic fee charged in connection with my vehicle repair claim. I brought my vehicle to RMG Auto Repair Center for diagnosis and repair of a mechanical issue that I believed would be covered under my vehicle warranty. The vehicle was inspected and diagnostic work was performed so that a claim could be submitted to my warranty company for review. Prior to the diagnosis being performed, I was not informed, either verbally or in writing, that I would be responsible for a diagnostic fee if my warranty company denied my claim. I was not provided with any document disclosing such a fee, nor did I sign any authorization agreeing to pay a diagnostic charge under those circumstances. On June 3, 2026, after my warranty claim was denied, I was informed that a diagnostic fee would be required before I could retrieve my vehicle. I explained that I had never been advised of this fee, either verbally or in writing, before the diagnostic work was performed. On June 4, 2026, I called the company again to advise that I would be picking up my vehicle and reiterated my concerns to K. When I arrived, I attempted to document my objection to the charge and again stated that I had not been informed of the fee before the diagnosis was completed. The employee advised that payment was required before my vehicle would be released. After I paid the fee, an employee identified as "K" explained that the diagnostic charge could be applied toward the repair cost if the repairs were completed within 30 days. While I appreciate that information, it was provided only after the diagnosis had been completed and after payment was required to regain possession of my vehicle. I respectfully request a copy of any document bearing my signature or authorization that demonstrates I was informed of and agreed to the diagnostic fee before the diagnosis was performed. If no such documentation exists, I request reimbursement of the $134.76 diagnostic fee, as I was not provided advance notice of the charge and did not authorize it prior to the service being completed.
