They suggested I get it towed to their shop which I agreed too. They told me they will look at it, and give me a price before doing anything. It took two days for me to get a price or an update about my car even after asking multiple times. I asked multiple times for a price BEFORE working on my car they literally said they did the work anyway I have text messages showing me asking for them to not do anything work until I get a price which then the lady on the phone said "we already fixed it and THEN gave me a price ... which then they held my keys hostage because I was $5 short on payment, Because they wanted to upcharge me for using a card. I was yelled at by two different people. I stood outside their business for 30 minutes while they ignored me like children. The lady on the phone hung up on me multiple times. The guy at the shop told me "fuck u" I left literally shaking. I will never call this number again and I'll advise others not to do so or u might get ur car held hostage like I did. The tow truck operator better be professional by exhibing a genuine interest in helping you, introducing himself, speak to the customer and at least act as if you love your job. Service with a smile, what happened to that? Being rude and rather uninterested in communicating properly is not professional behavior. My service station referred this towing company. Not good. If you don't like your job, find an occupation that makes you happy. Silence is golden. I felt very uncomfortable riding in the passenger seat with the tow truck operator. Looking at other reviews and listening to my apartment complex they say that they are " aggressive " and it's so true ! I would atleast think they could give you a warning or a ticket before just up and taking your vehicle early in the morning . People have jobs and a life so to wake up to my vehicle being taken with out any warning is very upsetting. When I called and asked them why they acted like they didn't care.
