The tow truck operator better be professional by exhibing a genuine interest in helping you, introducing himself, speak to the customer and at least act as if you love your job. Service with a smile, what happened to that? Being rude and rather uninterested in communicating properly is not professional behavior. My service station referred this towing company. Not good. If you don't like your job, find an occupation that makes you happy. Silence is golden. I felt very uncomfortable riding in the passenger seat with the tow truck operator. I would not recommend this towing company based on my personal experience and lack of respect towards me, the customer.

Looking at other reviews and listening to my apartment complex they say that they are " aggressive " and it's so true ! I would atleast think they could give you a warning or a ticket before just up and taking your vehicle early in the morning . People have jobs and a life so to wake up to my vehicle being taken with out any warning is very upsetting. When I called and asked them why they acted like they didn't care. And then they turn around and still expect you to pay them for them taking the vehicle . I've never seen nothing like this in my life !
