Amazingly unique specialty pizzas. If I could give the Service 10 out of five stars I would. The young lady behind the counter was so incredibly delightful and accommodating. We didn't realize we showed up minutes before they were supposed to close and she made us feel so welcome and ensured we did not feel like we were intruding as paying customers. She even welcomed us to sit inside the restaurant while we ate our food. The food was delicious. Even the gluten-free crust pizza was perfect. No need to make a long travel for their cheese or pepperoni, it's good but average. What separates Guys is it's got unique specialty pizzas and very affordable - personal speciality pizzas are $6.95! They have a good selection of beer as well. IPA added to the flavor of the experience. They have a family friendly dining area that is separated from the cash register and has a low lit warm glow to enjoy a quiet meal, conversation with your company, or watch the large flat screen TV playing news/sports. I tried their chicken bacon ranch and their famous Bird Dog Pizza. Both were good but the bird dog pizza was amazing! Guy's Pizza is awesome. It's a great place to take your family or pick it up and take it home. We often go there before or after a Clemson ball game. Their location is easy to get in and out of, right across from Michelin on Hwy 76, Clemson Blvd. Being a local business owner myself, I know customers feel better when they walk in and see the owner. Those are two hard working, good hearted guys! The rest of the staff compliment the place as well. Everyone seems to enjoy being there. Lastly, the food. They are always coming up with new pizzas too. My favorite is the Bird Dog! The subs are a great idea for lunch or a personal size hits the spot too! read more

I am torn between A-ok and Yay! I'm a fan. I don't think they are a 3 star but I don't really see a four-star either. I am about 30 mins away from Guys Pizza so it was a bit of a drive. I took the reviews I read into consideration and decided to make the drive. I ordered the Guys combo, a meatball sub, 10 wings hot, 10 wings torture and a chocolate chip cookie pizza. I figured I would try a few different things in order to see if the drive would be worth it in the future. The pizza was ok. I am a fan of sauce on my pizza and this pizza had a bunch of toppings without much sauce. Some folks like pizza without much sauce, and that's fine. For me, the pizza was nothing special. It wasn't bad it just wasn't great. The meatball sub was dry but I think that's because of the 30 min drive home. I won't ding them on the sub. The taste of this sub was very good. The hot flavor wing was good. I didn't find it to be spicy and the torture was a good flavor that was pretty spicy. The wings were cooked well. The chocolate chip cookie was pretty good. Overall, it was not a bad experience. I picked up at the window and liked how they had the numbers lit up in the window indicating my order was ready. There wasn't anything negative about Guys Pizza, it just wasn't my kind of pizza. The people I interacted with were very friendly and I would suggest giving this place a try. My review is not meant to dissuade anyone from going to this pizza joint. I am suggesting that you DO give this place a try. read more
