Pizza was cold and stale, it tasted like it was made hours ago. I threw it away . Don't recommend

Being from NY we are used to great Italian food, we were very excited to try this restaurant, as it…read morecame very highly recommended. Sadly, It was average at best. We got several dishes and shared and weren't overly impressed with anything. The lasagna stood out the most, in a bad way. It has some sort of cumin or Mexican flavoring, which reminded us more of an enchilada. The whole concept of waiting outside an hour prior to opening, seems like a way of making it more exclusive but we found it as disorganized as it sounds. We got there at 4pm, for a 5pm open. We were the 3rd in line, yet everyone just pushes through the moment the door opens. It's got a little rough battling through the crowd trying to fight for a table. Once you get in you have to wait 20 mins just to get a drink order in and then it's quite a long wait to order your meal, get the meal and get the check. Not sure why a traditional reservation system wouldn't be mor efficient for everyone, including the staff. Needless to say, we won't be back.

A Hidden Gem in Greenville!…read more This is hands down the best mom and pop Italian restaurant in Greenville, South Carolina! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and you can tell it's family-run with pride. I ordered the veal Parmesan, and it was absolutely perfect--tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. My wife had the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp, and she couldn't stop raving about how creamy and rich the sauce was. Every bite was full of flavor, and the shrimp were fresh and perfectly cooked. We'll definitely be coming back! Highly recommended!

We started with the focaccia, meatballs, and autumn vegetable panzanella. The focaccia is a must try! For entrees we got the Campanelle with pork ragu, spaghetti carbonara, and potato gnocchi. The kids enjoyed the kids' pizza and a marinara pasta. We finished with tiramisu to share. Everything was excellent. Bridgeway Station is beautiful and the decor in Tavola is beautiful! We will definitely be back soon with more family.

Not exactly la dolce vita. Thankfully, carbs save the day. Everything was house made. The handmade pasta was made with flour flown in from Italy! I had the casarecce which had light and well-balanced bacon and lemon flavors. My date had the the "whole" branzino, which despite described as "whole" came already de-boned and without the head. It was crispy, golden, and serving main character energy with its unique presentation. Frutti di mare was... there. I didn't think the flavors were anything to write home from Italy about. Though, the presentation was impeccable, I must admit. Whitney, our server, deserves a standing ovation! She was part waitress, part Italian food narrator, and made every dish sound like it had a backstory which honestly just elevates the whole experience. And the lemon cheesecake is worth saving room for. Flavors were bright, dreamy, and worth every calorie. My only regret is skipping the house-made focaccia.

I've heard the place has been under new ownership within the past year, and it definitely felt like it might still be going through some growing pains. The restaurant wasn't busy at all except for a few regulars at the bar. It seemed like the regulars were getting plenty of attention, but service for us felt a little slower and less attentive. I ordered a personal pizza -- the Italian Flag -- and it took at least 30 minutes to come out, which felt pretty long considering we were basically the only people seated outside the bar area. It honestly made me wonder if the order might have been forgotten at some point. That said, the pizza itself was pretty good once it arrived. The flavors were solid, though I think it could have been a bit better overall. Our waitress was also very nice and friendly, which helped the experience. Overall, it was an alright visit, but the long wait time made me less enthusiastic about the place. Hopefully things improve as the new ownership settles in.

If a sports bar and a family restaurant got married, that's Moretti's. At the suggestion of my server I tried the beef on weck and it was out of this world. Fresh, grilled Kaiser roll with seasonings and melted butter, juicy beef, tasty jus and horseradish sauce. The onion rings were lightly battered, crispy and stayed intact when gobbling them down. Onion rings can be delish or just meh and these were def five stars. There is an entire wall of huge televisions on one wall and many other tvs throughout. There's even one in the men's room!
