I was greeted by Mike with Good morning, how can we help you with a smile. that made me feel less stressed. I told him and with no hesitation Mike was on the job. Quickly he came and gave me an itemized list of what he was doing. Loved that. Then he was back to working on my car, ordering parts. While he was working, I had the opportunity to have a great conversation with Scott. Who has been in the auto mechanic industry for 17 years. So, I knew that I was in good hands. Scott's customer care and understanding of the customer care issues he definitely addressed them accordingly. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and their willingness to assist each customer that walked through the door. I was in awe and wished that we had mechanics that care for the person and then they handled the car issues. I see why they're one of the best; if not the best in their industry. Thank you Mike, Scott, and Mateo for being so helpful and nice while I was at your establishment . Mikes main priority was to get me safely on the road. And he did.
