From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Juan, the owner, came out the very next day to assess the damage. He took his time to thoroughly inspect everything, explained the situation in detail, and by that evening, he had a clear and fair quote ready for me. I really appreciated how transparent and responsive he was throughout the entire process. We scheduled the work in two parts--first the downstairs, then the stairs and upstairs. The job involved removing the damaged laminate and old carpet, and replacing everything with luxury premium vinyl. Juan's team showed up on time, carefully moved all my furniture and belongings, and got right to work. They kept me abreast of the work and schedule along the way. They cleaned up every night and meticulous with their work. We called one mold remediation company, and the guy that came out was just full of BS. He didn't check to see if the wall board was still wet,he just tried selling us. After that, with help from Yelp, I was able to find Hurry Restoration. I spoke to Ken , and he and his son showed up a few hours later. They were down to earth and thorough. They used equipment to make sure where the moisture was, and where it ended and gave us a down-to-earth price for the remediation. Not only did Ken and Hurry Restoration handle the remediation, they had guys to replace the drywall that had to be removed. Ken even noticed a deficiency in some electrical wiring we had and showed it to us , so we could fix it before the drywall was reinstalled. Call whoever you want for an estimate, but I think you're foolhardy, if you don't call Hurry Restoration.

Mike Alva was the estimator whom came out to look at our kitchen. Was very thorough taking pictures of damages. Unfortunately the insurance dragged to get total approval of work to be done(think of six months!). Paul Davis was great in helping us with the insurance company, following up with us regularly. When the project actually started the 1st gentleman whom came out to start rough work was Leo, he was great, very considerate. Took great care with his work plus making sure to keep everything as clean and tidy as possible. When his portion was done, Miguel and Noe came into do cabinetry. They also were very kind, considerate of our home, pleasant and very knowledgeable of their profession. Project manager was Bryan, he came in after to make sure everything was completed and done well. He took pictures of work and encouraged us to let thrm know if we had any problems with the work after completion.
