Where to begin.... Food was cold not "barely warm". COLD. The $8 cheesecake? You're better off at Cheesecake Factory. They should say "mini cheesecake". It didn't even taste good. The jalapeño poppers were okay after I put them in the oven, but I also love jalapeños almost as much as I love my fam, so I'm a bit biased. The fried pickles and fries were soggy. The fried pickle box was mashed in a bit. Hopefully the delivery driver didn't get into it, I put them in the oven, so I guess it's okay. I bought the honey a basicburger. No idea if his is good, but it looked sad and small like a fast food burger. I'll probably still watch his shows, but probably will never make it into his restaurant. Like I've never had a burger actually make me sad on seeing it. I get that it's a "ghost kitchen" but for almost $90? That's wayyyyy too expensive for disappointment with take out. Let me start this out by saying I work in the customer service industry and can understand mistakes if it's just one or two... If I was you I would avoid this place at all costs. We decided to give it a try today because it opened up recently and I'm always down to go to Flavortown. IT WAS A MISTAKE. We decided to try about 4 appetizers, 2 entrees (same burger) and the dessert. Total after tax, tip and delivery charge came out to $120. Delivery time was set for 7:26pm, didn't get to the house until 7:56pm. No updates nothing. Just an hour and a half total of waiting wondering when my food was going to arrive. Appetizers: Jalapeño poppers - actually decent, but cold Buffalo Wings - pretty standard wing, cold SMCheesestakes - definitely different, tasted pretty good, but again cold Queso - wouldn't know how it tastes because they forgot the chips Burger: Ordered two Mac and cheese burgers, on the website it allows you to do special instructions. I only wanted the burger and Mac and cheese, no garnish whatsoever, no donkey sauce, just something simple. They clearly didn't read the instructions at all because the burger came with everything on it and when I tried to get all the stuff off of it, I couldn't because the bun had become moist and the veggies were sticking to it. And oh yeah, the burger was cold. The other burger was also cold but my girlfriend doesn't mind all the veggies. Dessert: We got the only dessert, the cheesecake. Cheesecake was good, a bit warm (the one thing I wished was cold). Disappointed in the size of it because it looked so big in the website picture but overall flavor was good. I was really looking forward to eating here. I am a huge fan of his show. So I figured I would order it off Grub Hub. I am big fan of Cubano's in general. The cheesesteak eggrolls sounded great. However, when it got here I was super disappointed. The Cubano was not only the smallest Cubano I had ever seen but the marinated pork was flavorless. The only redeeming quality seemed to be the cheese but the ratios were bad and tasteless for the most part. We order using DoorDash, and within 30 minutes we work at a major hospital close to the restaurant- food was great, looking forward to the restaurant experience with everything coming out from the kitchen. I'm actually a bit confused reading these reviews. My husband and I ordered off of Uber and we actually liked this place for the most part. We ordered... The cheesesteak egg rolls -we both thought they were a bit weird...possibly a delivery issue? They were luke warm and the cheese sauce was congealed by the time it got to us. Jalapeño poppers- Hubbs said they were amazing! Chicken sandwich- FIRE! It was so good and still super crispy by the time it got it us. Fries- were a weird shape like mentioned in another review BUT they tasted like a seasoned fry and were still pretty good. Absolutely terrible food. Guy would be disappointed. Almost makes me feel as if he has never tried the food at his own restaraunt. Alfredo was tasteless, mac and cheese bland as cardboard. Was so excited to try this "ghost kitchen concept". I love Guy Fieri, I've visited his burger restaurant in LV and watch his shows all the time. But damn what a let down this was. I'm sure if he saw the product I received it would not be up to par for him. I got the Cuban sandwich, it was just bread and mustard there was two small slices of ham and some Swiss cheese on one half. No pulled pork or pickles. I was so unpleased. Absolutely horrible. We got 3 chicken guy sandwiches, 4 fries (which you have to buy separately) and and 2 desserts. They forgot 2 fries and both desserts. All 3 chicken sandwiches were burnt and you can taste the scorched flavor (we have pics) . There was NO seasoning on the chicken and the buns were nothing to call home for at all. It was just bad. McDonald's would have tasted way better. We ended up throwing it away. If I could contact guy fieri and tell him about it personally, I would in a heartbeat. read more

Really cheesy burger with no cheese. No donkey daucs just mayo. Chicken sandwich no seasoning no flavor. This was uninspired at best. Just a use of a famous band. Just tried this place and it definitely does not disappoint! The chicken guy classic is really really good! The chicken breading is light and tasty while melting perfectly into the cheese (pretty sure it's cheddar cheese). The pickles are thinly sliced and there is a good amount of lettuce, tomatoes, and onions mixed nicely into the special sauce. The chicken breast is huge! Honestly this sandwich is a pretty good size. It unfortunately does not come with fries, but the sandwich is so big you don't even need them. My fiancé has a big appetite and finished this sandwich saying I am so full! Little more than you would normally pay for a chicken sandwich, but the size and taste make it totally worth it! Ordered the chocolate whiskey cake and haven't had a chance to try it, but looks pretty delicious too. Definitely a place we are going to try again! read more

Sooo can't rate the food because I didn't get any. Ordered the day before to have delivered before school dance . The order got canceled twice and got no response form restaurant. I called and they just said Oh it's canceled, we will refund you. This was 45 min after it was scheduled to deliver. No sorry , no asking if we wanted to order again. I had the S-M-Cheesesteak egg rolls, Chicken Parm-eroni and Mac Daddy Mac N Cheese. The only thing I liked was the S-M-Cheesesteak egg rolls it had a lot of flavor and was good. Unfortunately Chicken Parm-eroni and Mac Daddy Mac N Cheese had no flavor. The Chicken Parm-eroni, the chicken was good but the spaghetti part needed salt or something. Mac Daddy Mac N Cheese had bread crumbs on top they needed to toast that more it looked real pale. Now to be fair my order was delivered so Iam not sure if all the cheese went to the bottom of the container or what but it tasted like I was just eating plain pasta. Was super excited to try the food here and really wanted to like it as I enjoy watching Guy on tv. I work at a hospital nearby and a couple of us ordered through Uber eats. I ordered the Mac and cheese bacon burger and it was sub par, the Mac and cheese was terrible and had no flavor. The egg rolls tasted like they were frozen before. The worst thing was the chicken sandwich. It was practically inedible. It was so overcooked that it looked more like a piece of leather and the inside of the chicken looked grey in color. For the prices they are charging at least have edible food. Our order was $70 and nothing was finished, most of it was thrown away. Sad read more

Price is a bit high which is okay if the food was worth it, but the quality was poor and the food was cold. Which is interesting because the delivery person had to wait longer than expected for the kitchen to finish our order and it took about 5 minutes to get to us, so how does it get cold so quickly? The food was not good. We spent close to $150 for such mediocre food. Got the chicken sandwich which to start the chicken was burnt. Which ive never seen before, how do you burn a chicken sandwich. It also had nothing special, no special sauce or flavor just chicken with tomatoes, pickles and lettuce. Also got the Mac and bacon burger which was also burnt and the burnt taste was so strong that i honestly could not even finish the burger. My wife and I have admired all Of Guy Fieri's food network programs for a long time now, and I know how much of his heart and soul goes into food quality and pleasing people with his generosity and kitchen wizardry. When we saw that there was a new takeout place with his recipes near our home in Phoenix, we were thrilled and couldn't wait to try it out.
