When my partner called to get this set up, office staff gave them him two different weeks that the team could come by. They (as all gutter cleaning companies around this time of year) do book up pretty quickly, so the sooner ahead you can call, the better. The best part is that this service is completely contactless, and perfect for the outbreak we're experiencing here in Monroe county. They hop on your roof, leave you the bill, and are on their way in no time. We have an 1800 sq ft house and cost was ~$150, and this company will give you a free estimate prior to arriving. The lack of "oh no how much is this going to be" scariness was amazing and allowed us to budget accordingly. He assured me he'd be out within the next 2 days. Half way through the second day, he hadn't shown up, so I texted him again. He called me and told me it would have to be another day. Half way through the second day of waiting for him, I tried to call him. His voicemail was full, so I texted him to forget it, I found someone else to do the job. He texted back that he had tried to call me to earlier to show up that day - which was an obvious lie - because he would have left a message, or my phone would have noted that I had a missed call (which it didn't). Because I trusted and waited for this loser, it became too late in the season, and now the gutters which are jam packed with leaves will have to get through the snowy winter.
