It was an evacuation pump (sewer related). Kevin, a newer employee, but with 26 years of experience was so kind and informative. He helped us make the decision between replacing a switch and replacing the pump, but we felt very comfortable along the way. He also went out of his way to inspect a few other things that I had concerns about. He was so clean and wiped down all the surfaces with Clorox wipes, including the door handle on his way out :-) But he was so kind, impersonal patient and knowledgeable. We have a big family so that caused a lot of stress. These folks were nearby and had 4.8 stars here so I called them. They couldn't have been nicer. I was put on hold for a few minutes as they tried to find someone to come, and they said it would be as long as three hours, which was still great. They were here within 45 minutes. Their technician was polite and talked us through what was going on. He had it fixed within 30 minutes and even did some minor additional maintenance to make sure things worked better for us. He aslo suggested we buy an extension hose, which we did. Considering we had never used them before, they treated us like a long-standing customer. They will be our go-to going forward!
