Also for water heater, i want to request the business to evaluate how to replace the sacrificial magnesium rod, that would keep the water heater going for long.

Our energy bills are way lower; it was well worth the cost of high efficiency (Ralph emailed clearly documented receipts, so it was easy to get rebates). There was a follow-up call to let me know that they were on their way and they arrived on-time. Everything was done with politeness and professionalism. They even answered all my silly questions from a homeowner that doesn't know much about plumbing. About a week later it became apparent that the drain clog which we thought was cleared had one more surprise in store for us. I called A&D for a return visit and they worked it out again. All has been good since then. They also reworked a bad drain pipe and installed a new faucet in my kitchen as well as installing a new faucet in my utility sink. These were jobs that I had been procrastinating about for years and I was glad that A&D was able to take care of them for me. I am completely satisfied with their work and I will certainly use them for any future plumbing needs.

(unbeknownst to me at the time, the person-answering-the-phone's wife was in labor!) So I opted for someone who could get out the same day. The "other guys" did punch a hole through the roots growing in the sewer line, but said it would recur within a week if we didn't have hydrojet and pipe liner put in asap. The "other guys" came back the next day and showed me all this stuff with a camera and I asked wh?y is there such a small hole through the roots you are showing me? Why didn't they get all the roots. So between that and their $7,000 quote to do everything, I called back Aquatech. The man's voice who had answered the night before sounded honest so I was happy to ask them the questions. He gave me so much information the next day and said he could have his guys out to do a proper job the next morning, which was perfect for me. They were professional, not so "shiny" that you wondered what they were selling. They did a great job, fair price, were polite, helpful and everything is going well. A FRACTION of the $7,000 quote from the "other guys" and I am so happy. I will definitely be calling them again when I need something! Great work guys, thanks!!!!!!

They had some install issues with the second faucet and stayed until it was completely done and functioning well, past 8pm on a Friday. The price was a touch higher than what I expected BUT I did not ask for an estimate and they did have to do some extra work they didn't anticipate, so I was happy to pay. I'm actually fairly certain they fixed my running toilet and I didn't even ask them to do that. I highly recommend this service.

I scheduled an appointment for 8am on Monday, by 10am I was panicking because we had a main line sewer clog and had not received any communication. I texted, I called (never went to voicemail except one time days later, every other time it appears someone answered the phone while on mute so I'd just hang up). It wasn't until my husband started calling that he finally got an answer and was told they'd be here at noon. That time again came and went, but they did finally show up at 1pm. The two guys that came out resolved the issue, but said their "card reader was down and could only accept cash". Since this repair is going through my home warranty, I need the invoice for reimbursement and have been told since Monday that Bob (the owner) would send it. Monday night he said, nothing. Tuesday night he said, nothing. Wednesday morning he said he was working on it "right now", nothing. Wednesday evening he said he was working on it "right now", you guessed it - nothing. At this point I don't think it's ever going to happen, likely because this isn't a real company. Additionally, it really rubbed me the wrong way that he would not answer me but would respond when my husband contacted him (on several occasions).
