We have a big family so that caused a lot of stress. These folks were nearby and had 4.8 stars here so I called them. They couldn't have been nicer. I was put on hold for a few minutes as they tried to find someone to come, and they said it would be as long as three hours, which was still great. They were here within 45 minutes. Their technician was polite and talked us through what was going on. He had it fixed within 30 minutes and even did some minor additional maintenance to make sure things worked better for us. He aslo suggested we buy an extension hose, which we did. Considering we had never used them before, they treated us like a long-standing customer. They will be our go-to going forward! Interrupted me at brunch with a phone call ... where I stated that I was not able to have a conversation and the forward me a written document on the diagnosed issue and a general proposal and estimate. Later in the day i followed up to see where we were at .. and instead of answering along the lines of .. I can get it to you on Monday or so ... he/she text pivots and blurts 500K ... out of context... and its seems to be nonsensical offer on the property to be serviced... that is listed for sale at 930K. Mentally questionable and appears to not understand real estate or reality. Does not indicate lucidity or credibility. Value is not likely and moreover does not seem to be accredited or bonded. Beware
