Thermostat was only a year old, but how can you prove it worked, you have to trust the technician especially when there's no air conditioning and you just want it running. While out checking the unit he noticed a corner bent and started telling her a stupid scenario of a dog rubbing up on the unit and peed all over it and to get it cleaned out it would be somewhere over $1,000. Come on, what lengths of lies you sales people go to. I told her to stay away from you guys and would recommend someone else. I would not recommend Anderson at all. It's hard to find honest heating and cooling technicians. Anderson is not one of them.

It made a loud noise when turned on and finding parts for it was very difficult, it took a lot of space and was not efficient by any means. Every time we changed out the filters they would be covered with layers of dust and it really concerned us that that was what we were breathing. We finally decided to look into replacing our furnace for something that would help us save money with our bills and that would have the capacity to warm our house in the winter and keep it cool in the summer. The current system didn't have the power to do that, my bedroom which is located in the top floor was very hot in the summer and cold in the winter, we had to put fans and space heaters to make the room feel comfortable. We met with Cesar and talked about our concerns with our system. We were somewhat afraid about costs but soon those fears were gone because we were given options that would meet our needs and budget. Cesar knows what he is doing, he is very knowledgeable and explains with detail each option available. We were able to build our own "package" and felt very happy with the services. Next step was replacing our old ice age system, Ramses did an excellent job making sure all was in place keeping us informed of anything that may come up and explaining when we had questions. We are so happy to have made this decision and not wait till winter time when we would be in a bad position without heat. Daniel the service technician opened the unit up and tested everything. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He discovered a bare wire that had been chewed (possibly by a mouse) and was touching the metal housing which tripped the circuit breaker. Daniel replaced the wire and the unit is working perfectly. The honesty and integrity of this company is refreshing. We will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to all our friends.

I was told the diagnostic would cost $149. I asked to be informed of any repairs that had to be done. Technician checked the system and recommended replacing unit. We discussed replacement unit and cost. I was ready to pay deposit. In the next 10 minutes I was told that the model I selected is old and not available. New model costs $1000 more. I asked for a proposal to decide later. Technician told me that the visit costs $396. He said that he fixed air conditioner that was not working. He never told me that he is fixing anything. Through our the visit it looked like he was figuring out the problem. I talked to the owner and we agreed that any repairs that were done will be undone so that I do not have to pay for repairs. Then the technician removed all the wires from the board making both heat and fan unusable. He did not just undo the "repairs", but made entire system unusable including fan and heat which were working before his visit. See the photos to show what was done!
