The friendly hostess greeted and sat me promptly. It's a casual vibe with individual tables and long tables which can be shared with other diners. On my breakfast platter the cheese grits were the star of the show. They taste almost like when we had them for Sunday breakfast growing up. The Biggie Biscuits sounded good as they kind of like French toast and were recommended by my server. I didn't care for them. They were rather doughy but some people like that so it's probably me. This location is ideal for a fast pickup and go, or a quick sit-down while you wait for your ride. The customer service was friendly and efficient, and the ambiance was clean, cozy, and welcoming. The food was outstanding. I ordered the shrimp and grits with a side of salmon patties, and everything tasted fresh, homemade, and full of flavor. The shrimp and grits were perfectly seasoned and comforting, and the salmon patties had that true Southern, made-from-scratch taste. I'll definitely be back for the great food, warm vibe, and smooth service. read more

We first tried First…read moreWatch in Snellville and absolutely fell in love, so we couldn't wait to have a location closer to home. We visited the Loganville location this morning, and while the food is always great, it was the exceptional customer service that made this visit one we won't forget. I decided to try the Maple Bacon Croissant from the new fall menu. It was fresh and beautifully prepared, but unfortunately, it just wasn't for me. I ate some of my potatoes, picked off my husband's plate, and never mentioned anything to our server because there was nothing wrong with the food--it simply wasn't my personal taste. We paid our bill and were getting ready to leave. That's when Nicole, who appeared to be a manager, stopped by our table. She noticed that I had barely touched my meal and asked if I needed a box. When I told her no, she didn't just walk away. She genuinely asked if there was a reason I hadn't eaten much of my food. I explained that I simply wasn't a huge fan of what I ordered but didn't want to make a big deal about it. Nicole asked my husband and me to give her one minute and returned with a gift card for a future visit. We were completely blown away. I never complained. I never asked for my meal to be removed from the bill. I never asked for anything at all. She simply noticed. And that is what exceptional hospitality looks like. It wasn't the gift card that impressed us most--it was the fact that Nicole was paying enough attention to notice that a guest hadn't enjoyed their meal and cared enough to do something about it without ever being asked. In a time when great customer service can sometimes feel hard to come by, that small gesture made an enormous impression on us. First Watch Loganville, you have an absolute gem in Nicole. The food was good, and the Chicken Parmesan wings were definitely worth trying. I also had one of their house lemonades, and that was a highlight of the meal. That's just my preference though. Next time, I'll probably ask for fewer vegetables. They don't make their own ranch; it comes in the packaged cups. It's not my favorite brand, but at least they had ranch available. The restaurant has plenty of seating if you want to dine in, TVs playing in the background, and a nice atmosphere. They had a good mix of old-school '90s R&B along with some current R&B, which made the experience even better. The customer service was good from the time i walked in until I left.
