Great place to dine in or take out Dominican food. Options include chicken, pork, fish and more. The service was fantastic and clean and safe environment. Parking was easy to find in front with overflow parking underneath the building.

Gustico features some mighty fine Latin food--that is for sure!! I stopped in recently in Gustico for the first time when spotting the place during a quick trip to the bank. I had recently been hankering for some croquetas de jamon, so I pulled out my phone, did a quick search for Gustico's menu, and I saw they had them!! I was sold right away. So what was the verdict on the ham croquettes? A+ indeed. They were homemade style, plump and tender on the inside, and perfectly fried on the outside! The only other menu item we ordered was the ground beef stuffed plantain, which was yummy as well. But, I'll say that I was stunned by how perfect all of their other food looked (you can see some of their items being cooked behind a prep counter). And from the flutter of other customers coming in and out for take-out, Gustico has already acquired quite a customer following! I'm eager to visit Gustico again and look forward to trying some of the other eye candy I saw on my first visit - Pernil (roasted pork shoulder), Oxtail Stew, Rice and Beans, etc.!

A last minute stop between doctors appointments turned into a very pleasant experience after a very difficult day. The food always fresh and appetizing here so I wanted to try it out. The owner was there and couldn't be more attentive to us and other customers at the restaurant. Everything comes out fresh from the kitchen and refresh often at front. The restaurant has outdoor seating and a few tables inside. Everything was delicious, fresh and authentic Spanish/Dominican food. Definitely recommend it.

I'm so excited about this Latin restaurant. Especially since it's one of the few we have in this area. All the food we get is well cooked and always has the right amount of flavor. The prices are just right, and the staff is super friendly. I'll be ordering from this place frequently!

The veggies taste horrible.

When we walked in, the Latin music was playing at a nice, comfortable volume and the place was lively with a full house. It's a large space but still felt welcoming. We grabbed seats at the bar and started with a frozen margarita (very good!) and a glass of Spanish red wine. For food, we shared the empanadas to start--delicious--and then ordered the Cubano sandwich and the lamb chop tapas. Both were really tasty and definitely hit the spot. The manager even came over to say hello, which was a nice touch. All in all, great food, fun atmosphere, and now I know I shouldn't wait so long next time I'm walking past on my way to Dick's!

The appetizers came first and then our drinks and then our food after that I did not see the waiter for another 30 minutes and the place was not even full. Please don't ask for modifications on anything they make - just trust them and have the true experiencia cubana - they know what they're doing. :) It's a sweet, tiny spot with a cute counter to enjoy your feast. Mirabella Cocina Latina had been on the list to try for some time, especially given its location…read moresteps away from Look Dine-In Cinemas. The idea of dinner and a movie for Valentine's Day felt perfect. The ambiance did not disappoint -- great lighting, good music, and aesthetically pleasing throughout. It definitely sets the tone for a nice evening out. A prior 8 PM reservation was made, and arrival was slightly early. The hostess shared that the table was being cleaned and asked that guests wait by the bar. While waiting, other parties who arrived later were seated ahead, including at the same table that had been mentioned as being prepared. Unfortunately, seating ultimately occurred about one hour after arrival -- approximately 50 minutes past the reservation time. After asking a server for assistance, she was kind, apologetic, and seated us immediately. That gesture was appreciated and the most positive interaction of the evening. Valentine's Day is understandably busy, and delays can happen. However, the concern was less about the wait itself and more about the inconsistency in honoring reservations and communication. While the server handled the situation professionally once it was brought to her attention, the overall experience had already been impacted. Unfortunately, despite being seated, the evening no longer felt aligned with the plans that had been made, and the decision was made to leave. Hopefully this was an isolated occurrence, as the space itself has great potential.

Some of them were tender and other pieces were quite chewy. To finish the meal, I ordered a cortadito but got a cortado instead. You'd think a Cuban restaurant would know the difference.

The parking lot was packed so I expected there to be a wait but was pleasantly surprised when our party of 5 (plus a baby!) was seated right away. The place is lively and a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. There's a stage/dance floor in the middle so I can imagine it can turn kind of clubby later in the night. Interestingly, the menus are all tablets and while really cool at first, it got annoying when a couple of our menus started to glitch. High tech but also leaves more room for failure. The service was friendly though and decently quick. We ordered a few appetizers and they came out in a reasonable amount of time. We got a sampler, croquettas, and a tamal. Everything tasted great so I had high hopes for our entrees. I went with the Mother's Day Special Relleno (stuffed) Salmon. It was a little overcooked but still really tasty. I believe it was stuffed with some crab meat and cheese. I also really liked the sauce that covered it. My dad got oxtail and it was seasoned very well but the oxtail pieces were cooked inconsistently. Some were soft and came off the bone very easily while others were tough to the point I had to use my hands to gnaw the meat off the bone. Everyone else's dishes were pretty good too. All in all La Havana 59 seems like a solid Cuban spot. I'd come back.
