I was also told they needed my registration. After about 20 minutes they said they don't have the correct windshield wiper. They can get it in another 20 minutes. I was also told no one locally in East Longmeadow or Longmeadow has it in stock. I might not be the most savvy when it comes to car mechanics but I was sure I was being taken advantage of when I was told it would be $65 in full if I waited and they replaced it. I took my keys and registration back and drove off to my car dealer where I purchased my car. They had the windshield in stock, it was $26 and in about 2 minutesit was installed. Funny thing is I purposely didn't go to the car dealer initially because car dealers are always the more expensive option.

They admitted they did not have equipment to work on thermostat for Chevy Cruze. He has to fix the switch first before he can tell if there's going to be another problem ". What? I thought you diagnosed a car as a mechanic and recommend what need to be fix. Long story short it wasn't my driver side power window switch, it was my front passenger side window motor that needed to be replaced. He lie to me. Now! don't get me wrong I believe the owner is a good and honest person, but as you know some employees will always steal. I have attached a pic of what needed to be changed.

Once he diagnosed the problem he immediately made moves to fix my car. He is VERY honest and gave me options being completely up front about pricing and timing. There was a 4 day turnaround (including the weekend) and he gave me updates about when parts would arrive and when we could schedule the repair. (I love the communication!) When he realized there was more to be fixed than can be done in his driveway (the engine needs some major work) he let me know that his work he was doing would not completely fix the car. Although not the best news I have received, I appreciated it - there is nothing worse than paying for a service that doesn't actually do what you need it to do. I highly recommend working with Greg!
