So I searched up and found Right Time, which is conveniently located right in the atrium. Out of all price quotes, Right Time had the cheapest price quote which was $35 + tax compared to the $40 $45 price quotes. And Gabriella, the business owner, estimated it would take 1 hour for the repair. Which is amazing compared to the other estimates I got. So I dropped by around 1 and returned an hour later at 2 and my watch was fixed almost like new. The glass of the crystal is slightly raised above the height of my actual watch so you can feel the bump and so now I have to be even more careful. I'm still happy with the repair and the workers there were super nice. I'd totally return to get my watch fixed if it needs fixing again, which hopefully doesn't happen. Totally recommend.

(A girl can dream a little.) So years ago I sent my BF a picture of a ring. I didn't think he would have saved it and it was a low resolution photo too (our phones' quality weren't as great as they are now). He told me he went to Hollywood Diamond with this photo and they worked with him every step of the way to recreate this ring. They showed him the diamonds available. They also taught him how to look at diamonds and understand the quality of each. They had a prototype made so he can see how the band would look before placing the diamonds on. They did a few adjustments until it was perfect. He told me the whole process took less than a month. I'm so in love with my engagement ring. It is a dream come true! I no longer have to look at photos since I can wear it in reality. I did have to get my ring resized. Did you know that your fingers thin during the winter? They gave me those ring guards for free! The ring resize process was effortless. They had the ring ready for pick up the very next day!

The address I found online wasn't right but they directed me easily to their store which is on the bottom floor of an apartment building. I spoke to and dealt with Paul and he was professional and caring. I felt perfectly confident leaving my ring with him. It took only about 3 hours to make it a size larger and Paul called me when it was finished to pick it up. I went right in and it looked perfect! And the price was lower than the big jewelry store I was going to go with. We found a highly-reviewed jeweler in a favourable location, however, it turned out to be a rather sketchy endeavour. I didn't feel comfortable giving them our business, so we jumped back on Google and found World Jewellery. World Jewellery is conveniently situated downtown, near Queen and Church. Co-owner, Floriss, and her colleague, Eddie, quickly assessed our situation with warmth and professionalism. They cleaned my ring, and we waited a short time (about 20 minutes - while kindly being offered cookies in the interim!) for the diamond-in-question to be replaced. My ring looks even better now than it did before! The fee for their service was totally reasonable, especially considering their unbelievably speedy turnaround. He says it's "misplaced". Regardless I have been without my watch for over a month. I have called and made repeated visits to his store trying to get my watch back. Originally I was told that the part was out of stock. Then the watchmaker was away due to family issues. Now Jim says it's misplaced!! Do not take an expensive watch for service here if you want to see it again. The offer Jim made a week ago was a replacement watch ordered online from who knows where and it would take to May 26 to receive it! I bought my watch from Movado and I want my watch or a replacement directly from Movado. His offer is not good enough.
