The shop is two stories with the customer service area on the second floor. The staff members were super friendly and helpful too. The ring cleaning took about an hour from drop off to pick up. This is the closest Tiffany and Co to me (3 hours away). As I entered the store I was very…read moreimpressed at how gorgeous it was inside. The security guard was so nice and directed me to where I needed to go. My husband and I walked upstairs. Holy cow, this Tiffany is 2 stories! I knew I wanted another bracelet going into the Tiffany. All the sales associate were busy assisting other customers so we looked around. There's another semi private room with couches to lounge in. As soon as a sales associate was done, she came over to help me. I asked Laura to try on a couple of bracelets to see which would go nicely with the ones I already have. I liked that she was honest. She informed me this one wouldn't match my skin tone, which I completely agreed. The other bracelet didn't match the ones I already have. Another bracelet would been too delicate for me to wear on a daily basis. She wasn't trying to push me into buying anything more. Laura grabbed bracelets in different sizes just to be sure they would fit me. She went above and beyond. Laura was amazing. I highly recommend her for anything here. When we checked out, she even gave me a complimentary polishing cloth and informed me on how to clean my bracelets. I would come back to this location for my future purchases in a heartbeat. I had such a wonderful experience here, you can't beat the great customer service here and the quality of Tiffany and Co. I've had a couple for my bracelets for over a decade and I wear mines on a daily basis.

Arthur created and designed many rings for me over the years including my engagement ring and our wedding bands. The quality of Garo's craftsmanship is outstanding and so is their customer service. He viewed the full range and was amazed by the quality-price ratio. There was one of their watches that appealed to me. I called different jewellers and none would give me a discount on the $3695 price. I called Sean at Mani, a major dealer for FC watches and was thrilled that he offered me a 15% discount. He also provided rose gold deployment straps for both of the straps, which I was quoted an extra $300 at another retailer. I highly recommend Sean at Mani. He did everything promised. I am thrilled with my purchase.

We recently returned to Moshe for a bundle of watch battery replacements. Although the mall was very quiet, there was a steady stream of customers in the store. We were noticed immediately at the door and the gate opened to let us in. We were quickly greeted by another staff, who asked what we needed (which was 5 watch battery replacements on this occasion.) She let us know that we could check the items in for the work and return in half an hour. We left to browse the mall and duly returned not too much longer than the allotted half an hour. Once again, we were immediately let back in the store. I recognized the lady who attended to us for the pickup. She advised that one of the watches was not in fact working. Her assessment was that it likely wouldn't be worth investing more money into fixing. The other 4 watches were all ready to go, complete with updated date and time settings on all of them. I really appreciated that they will recognize the value of not using a credit card, and give a discount accordingly. In the past, the proprietor Ray spent a patient and fulsome amount of time with me to review pieces I was interested in. I also like that they update their inventory regularly, so there's always something new to look at for an upcoming occasion. It was the only reason we had for going to Promenade, and definitely worth returning.
