This is an old review. See the updated feedback below. I've been servicing my Volkswagen Passat 2012 here for almost 3 years now. The experience has been superb and the pricing is fantastic! Alex is an incredibly knowledgeable mechanic especially on German cars. All the way from basic oil/filter change to more complex services like replacing engine mounts and diagnostics - always super happy with the results and the pricing. They will never overcharge you and take of your car. Update Dec 2025: Disrespectful communication, no response from the owner, non-dependable, unreliable and poor service. I kindly asked them to fix my AC heater and other minor problems before my move out of state. The work hasn't been finished and they don't respond. They put me in a difficult situation with my car. I have to look for a different service 2 days before a 2200 mile travel on my 170k mile car. I'm so sorry I recommended this shop to so many people who serviced their Audis and BMWs at Alex's shop. I hope they don't get screwed like I was. Update March 2026: The update from the company below is 80% lie. There are too many nuances I haven't mentioned in this review. Just want to say that this company is not doing their job properly and the situation became much worse over the years. Many issues about the car haven't been identified on time and I'm currently fixing the things that have been missed (things that caused oil leakage and more). If you value your money, time, and your car, I highly recommend finding a better place for servicing your car. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with this auto repair shop. The mechanic assured us that a specific repair would fix the problem, but after paying for the work, the issue was still there. We spent a long time discussing it with them, but they refused to take responsibility or offer a refund. I feel like we were misled into paying for a repair that did not solve the problem. The vehicle still has the exact same issue today. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. Please be cautious before agreeing to expensive repairs, and consider getting a second opinion. I think that they are honestly a great shop to go to. They don't charge an arm or a leg. The service is quick and they will update you throughout the process. They replaced my water pump and showed me the extreme oil leak I had and managed to put in a new pan in a single day. read more
