Shoot straight also owns a majority of the show - they have the largest selection and they are ripping people left and right. The employees that run that booth are incompetent and very uneducated. They're just salesman with barely any firearm knowledge. The Miami show takes advantage because they know how ignorant people are in this city. Just walk around & people watch. I'm shocked they don't ask few questions t see if the people there are new to shooting ranges. Which, sure maybe in someone who looks like I know what I'm doing but if it was my first time then this would have been terrible place to go to. Also, one of my guns was having a jamming issue. I showed one of the employee on the range and he couldn't even figured it out. Went back to lobby to let them know what was happening and had a shocking response. The guy on the front desk looked at me with "so what stare" with out responding to me. Maybe give me another gun since I'm paying money to rent a gun that's expected to work??
