Staff members aren't very helpful and seem they don't want to be there. Renting hun process is quick and they rush you into the range. I'm shocked they don't ask few questions t see if the people there are new to shooting ranges. Which, sure maybe in someone who looks like I know what I'm doing but if it was my first time then this would have been terrible place to go to. Also, one of my guns was having a jamming issue. I showed one of the employee on the range and he couldn't even figured it out. Went back to lobby to let them know what was happening and had a shocking response. You get the cheapest hand gun with a tiny ziploc bag which holds maybe 20-25 bullets. They don't give proper head covering to people with a Groupon, they gave us the cheapest pair of little ear plugs.Shooting time took us 15 mins! Please do not waste your money. We were told the instructor would give us a tutorial to just tell him we have a Groupon and he'll know what to do. The cables that retrieve your targets are Manual via a cable and pulley system The range safety is non existent and I was more worried about the unsafe patrons that are all unsupervised basically posing for selfies at the gun range. These guys are crooks. I was shown and offered a Glock 26 for a special price which was great. But, when I came back they'd given me a whole other gun. It was a Smith and Wesson. When I said something one of the guys present during the initial sale before leaving to wait for my background check to come back confirmed and I had to pay the price difference which defeated the purpose of this so called special price I was given for the gun. When I leave and give show my boyfriend my receipt and gun they charged me for the brand new gun at a basic and maybe even a little over a decent price for it and then also charged me for the case that comes with the gun. Honestly such horrible way to treat customers. I actually came across this spot on Groupon actually, I bought the Groupon for $55 for my boyfriend and I for one hour. The Groupon covers 1 hours with a 9mm G17 25 rounds each, which is not that bad at all. My boyfriend and I were given some earbud foam and the gun and we were shown how to shoot and then we were on our own, which was fun and a little scary, but if you are scared and its your first time they will assist you on how to shoot the gun, but we didn't need much help since we have gone to shooting ranges before. We loved it so much that my boyfriend paid to shoot AK47 for $35 and bullets for $30. They will ask you for ID and that is it. Took my sons to shoot for the first time for their 13th birthday. They were so excited the minute we walked in to see the weapons they use on Call of Duty hanging on the walls lol. We were greeted by Felix and he right away made the boys feel like home. From the second he said hi to the final shot, Felix was hands on with the instructing. Great range! The store and range itself are rather small, but their range prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. Temperature inside the range was comfortable, so ventilation is adequate. I was looking for a gun range not too far from my home and this place popped up. I've driven by it a hundred times and never saw it but in retrospect I'm glad we finally connected. It's a small range consisting of 10 lanes with a very antiquated target retrieval system but it definitely gets the job done. There's nothing hi-tech about this place but what they lack in modernization they more than make up for it with their hospitality and very reasonable prices. The range was clean and well ventilated when I went. In addition, their handgun inventory is pretty decent as well. Antonio, who greeted me is a very nice guy and extremely helpful. His demeanor is not at all like the typical Napoleon complex ridden employees of most gun shops/ranges. It was a pleasure to interact with him. They also carry pistol magazines and the oh so necessary Uplula mag reloader (thank god for that) as i cut my right thumb upon reloading the first clip on my new and Sig Sauer P365. If they hadn't had that reloader in stock my visit would have been in vane. Antonio offered me their membership program for $34.99 which includes range use, targets, bringing a guest and a gun cleaning once a month. That's more than worth the price of the membership. They stand in walmart in groups and buy all the ammo in hialeah for $32 a box and then use it for their groupon deals of $35 for $50 where they lend you a gun and 20 rounds. Unwelcoming, lazy, bad attitude, foul language, kind of place. Where do I begin?!? As soon as we walked in the establishment, the two employees seemed disappointed to have customers come in. Then, they played "tag" to see who would attend the customers (us). After one of them had no other option, he went ahead with a bad attitude to give us our gear. The Groupon deal had a 15 minute lesson with an instructor which they did not do. We had to tell them about the lesson which was then another hot potato game among the employees; the "lesson" was just a "shoot & aim" lesson. Went shooting here the morning of 8/9/19. They are changing locations, but it's the staff who make this a great place - friendly, professional, down-to-earth guys. I also really liked how they're not up in your personal space eyeballing every move you make while on the range. I've been to too many places where the staffs seem to have a chip on their shoulder, like they're the ones doing you a favor by allowing to the prestige honor of spending money at their business.
