If you expect your car to be repaired on any kind of a schedule then Nick is NOT the guy. Multiple times now I have brought my cars to Nick on the scheduled day (planned out a week in advance) and he doesn't even get to it. It sits there all day and Nick wastes my time. What is the point of scheduling if my car is going to sit there untouched for days/weeks? And he doesn't even call to tell you anything. Then I took to calling him or dropping in and he acts bothered and too busy to deal with me. He started giving me snide remarks when I would show up like "Oh you again!" or "Get a new car!" or "Go away!" Seriously??? How about DOING YOUR JOB IN A SOMEWHAT TIMELY FASHION??? and not putting your customers down. When it snowed and my car never got looked at I showed up a week later and my car was still buried. I took a shovel and had to dig it out myself to compel him to get to my car. During the last transaction where he once again did not complete the job, and I only found out by following up with him, I told him that he is not trustworthy and his reply was "Now you're getting me mad, I've built my reputation on trust". My response was "Well I'm already mad, join the club. Your work can be trusted but your reliability and word for when you will get to the work cannot be trusted AT ALL". Just look around his lot when you get there: complete chaos, cars everywhere, total disorganization... believe your eyes and take your business elsewhere.
