My mom and I always wanted to stop, and I figured what better time and way to celebrate in memory of her love for cupcakes. The customer service, and owner made you feel like you were a long time patron; friendly, welcoming, upbeat and positive. Everything was reasonable priced...and now on to their fabulous cupcakes: Cotton Candy, Parkerhouse, plain chocolate, and vanilla, Orange Chocolate, Tutti Fruity to name a few. My selection in honor of my moms favorite ice-cream: Parkhouse...and in my opinion tasted just like it except in the cupcake form. Thanks for the great experience, will be back in for sure when I'm in the area to try more delicious treats.

We had previously stopped in for a breakfast sandwich, but today it would be all about the bakery items! I was captivated by the gigantic sweet roll, which was actually twice the size of my head. But the cannoli caught my eye, and they would be coming home with me! And I would not stop there! I grabbed four very large cookies: M&M's, Snickerdoodle and Heathbar! Yum! My favorite item today was the large frosted heart tarts! Better than any pastry I've ever had! The lovely ladies at the counter served up a tasty cup of coffee for me. Several groups of people were enjoying the morning sun through the front window. So glad I stopped in today! You won't be disappointed!

They had six flavors: sangria - fruity, wine; honey whiskey - topped with a Biscoff; piña colada - not pictured because I skipped that one; mojito - lime and rum; black forest - chocolate cupcake with boozy cherry; peanut butter whiskey - also a chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting. Presentation and toppings were all really lovely and looked delicious. Super creative concept all around. Most of the cupcakes were yellow or white cake, the rum, whiskey, and wine were noticeable but not strong. So you knew they were there, but not overwhelmed. Some people might actually want them to be stronger! The flavors in general were subtle but clear. The frostings were all pretty light and pleasant, which is nice. I know there's a lot of people who really like dense buttercream and cream cheese frostings and for whom cupcakes are a frosting delivery vehicle. These are not those. Plenty of rich and delicious frosting for the cupcake but not too much. The cupcakes are not following the super sized trend; they're a nice cupcake sized cupcake. This makes it easy to rationalize eating two at a time because, um, you wanted to compare flavors. Yep, that's totally why. I liked all the flavors I tried, but was surprised that my favorite was the chocolate peanut butter and my second favorite was the mojito. Only comments would be there's some variability as to the moistness or dryness of the cake part, and the filled ones could use more filling. The people at the pop-up (I forgot to ask if they were the bakers/ owners) are really nice and happy to answer any questions or customize an order. As you can tell by my substituting an extra black forest for the piña colada. They'll be back at the Broadway Market for Dyngus Day!

I was so happy to see Nothing Bundt Cakes get in on the collab and offer up a limited-time Bundlet, named the "Triple Treat". You don't really need me to say it, but Nothing Bundt Cakes definitely delivered! I arrived around 2:00pm on a Saturday and pulled into a parking spot next to the entrance. There was plenty of parking in the large parking lot as there were a few other businesses and such nearby, so no concerns about getting a parking space here. I walked inside and immediately felt at ease with the nice, clean interior and large case of Bundlets, front and center. A nice, young woman emerged from the back, I believe her name was Harmony, and warmly greeted me. She was so pleasant! Her and I chatted for a moment while she rang my order up and bagged it for me. To me, she embodied the great customer service experiences I've (always) had with Nothing Bundt Cakes, so great job to her. You probably know what I ordered, the "Triple Treat" Bundlet, which is their Oreo Cookies & Cream cake, baked with Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, filled with Reese's Peanut Butter Sauce, and topped with (more) Reese's Peanut Butter Cups as well as Oreo Cookie pieces. As expected, this was phenomenal! A great balance of Reese's Peanut Butter and Oreo flavors, maybe a little more peanut butter-forward, but still pretty well balanced. The extra cups and cookie pieces added nice textures and, of course, the cake itself was incredibly moist and filling. The price I paid for this Bundlet was reasonable as the quality and size were both great. I don't make it to Nothing Bundt Cakes too often and have missed some great limited-time flavors this year, regrettably, but I'm really glad I made it out for the "Triple Treat" limited-time flavor though. I'm glad the customer service and cakes are great, no matter which location I go here in Buffalo!
