5.0 Stars Outstanding experience and great customer service…read more Yelp brought me here. I did a search for the top auto repair shops in my area and Craftsman was well on the list. Reviews were solid. Once I realized how close I was to two of their locations, I made a mental note to check it out. I called, they were welcoming over the phone and not in a spazzy rush like some of the other shops I had been calling around to. They took their time over the phone!!! I made an appointment to get some estimates, showed up, told them my concerns, and they checked out a few things going on with my car. Again, very welcoming in person as well. I came to get an estimate for front and rear brakes replacements, possible oil change, state inspection. As I waited, I skimmed through two books the owner had written! They said I could have a copy, so kept one. The owner has the right idea and it shows. The waiting area was cozy and super chill equipped with coffee and snacks and TV. What took the service over the top was how well the gentleman took to physically show me what was going on with my car. He also took pictures. In the front office we examined the photos and he explained, and educated me about what was going on and what needed attention and why it was relevant. He made additional recommendations based on car mileage and manufacturer recommended maintenance. We discussed pricing and I agreed to get some of the work done. They gave me a Lyft ride home. Called me when it was done a few hours later. Scheduled a Lyft for me to return. Back at the auto shop, I paid and I was on my way. I felt really impressed because they explained things about my car I had never known about in the 5 years of owning it. I felt educated and walked away understanding things better. In all the 20 years I've maintained cars, no shop has ever explained things to me the way they did. I must admit, I felt the labor fees were a bit steep. I felt my wallet go ouch! However, I feel extremely safe in my vehicle because of everything I learned. I will definitely, without a doubt return for future maintenance work and I will knock out some of the other recommended maintenance items in the near future. Highly recommend. Great experience without a single hiccup.

Don't believe the five stars I should have ignore that it's always a trapped , the lower stars always speak truth. Got safety inspection and they called and stated I had to get the tag light and tire fix today or they were going to reject my inspection and didn't let me know that I had 15 days per Virginia law to get it fix and to get inspected again, the most they could charge me was exactly $1.00 per law. I felt obligated to get fix now bc of the threat that it was going to rejected Today not knowing I could wait . I would have replaced the tag light myself for cheap. Really upset they scammed me and weren't honest. I hate going to these place as a female bc I will always get ripped off . I have a 2011 Camry Le. Tag light fix for one bulb was $45 and plug for one tire was $40. To replace rear brake pads which I denied to get here was $709.43 ... Called Gaithersburg Bay Area tires and service and they quoted me $510 ... Hope this help other females out there comparing prices and such . Thank god all safety inspection is only $20 everywhere you go because that's Virginia law , they cant change that price .

There are a lot of cars in the lot but if you make an appointment they'll honor your appointment time slot and take your vehicle in immediately. I've been going to Yes auto services for a few years now upon the recommendation of a friend. I did…read morea poll on Facebook and yes auto came up multiple times, and when I did a comparison with the other top answers in asking for quotes on services, Yes auto seemed to be the most affordable. I was able to text Daniel directly to be able to tell him what I needed done, and they have pretty good availability, usually even same-day. From what I've gathered over the past few years, they're honest and don't do unnecessary work nor do anything fraudulent to plan you having to come back to them. There was one time I got my brake pads and rotors replaced and I noticed them squealing again pretty soon after the service, and Daniel said I could bring it back in for him to look at, no charge. Turns out they were squeaking because of moisture on the rotors. Today I got my rear brake pads replaced and also got some power steering fluid, and the total was $148. I also need new tires soon, and though they quoted me for my tires, they also told me I could (and should) get them for cheaper at Costco. As someone else has mentioned, it's a modest garage, nothing big like a dealership or anything. They are in a strip of other garages, including one that is Vietnamese ("high tech quality repair" is the name of that shop); this one is Korean-run, but no need to be xenophobic or worry about not being able to understand them or anything, as they speak great English. Again, great pricing, responsiveness, honesty, and fast turnaround!

This place is amazing. Their attention to detail is exceptional, they're incredibly thorough, and…read moremost importantly, they're honest. We've brought all of our cars here for years, and everyone we've referred has also been impressed. I even bring my brand-new car here for maintenance because I trust them that much. On my last visit, Autobahn identified two issues that two dealerships had missed during "comprehensive multipoint inspections": a small transmission leak and a steering wheel that had been reinstalled crooked after the dealer replaced the steering column motor. Based on my experience, I don't think the dealer would have caught or documented the transmission leak if Autobahn hadn't found it first. Oleg thoroughly documented the leak, which helped me get the dealer to address it under warranty. The dealer ultimately found a defective torque-converter seal and, after removing the transmission, discovered that the rear main seal was also leaking. Both were repaired under warranty. This isn't the first time Oleg has caught something others couldn't. Years ago, I had a BMW with a wiper parking problem that two BMW dealers couldn't fix after five visits and considerable shop time. Oleg recognized the issue almost immediately and fixed it in a fraction of the time. That's why I trust Autobahn Motors. They don't just check boxes--they actually inspect and diagnose your car. They're knowledgeable, meticulous, honest, and never make me feel like they're trying to sell unnecessary work. If you want a shop that pays attention to the details and can diagnose problems others miss, I highly recommend Autobahn Motors. Five stars without hesitation.

I messaged the business on Yelp, and Steve was very responsive from the get-go. We first spoke on a Wednesday, and he was able to come to my office in Fairfax, VA that Friday. He was very communicative and punctual. Once he got there, shortly after seeing my brakes, he advised me that the lug nuts on my tires were over-torqued by the last shop that did my tires. This wasn't his fault, but he was exceptionally patient in helping me resolve the issue so that he could still fix my brakes the same day (he even gave me a ride to the body shop down the road to get my car!). He really went above and beyond. I also really appreciated how he explained everything along the way. He really puts customer service first. Overall, I strongly recommend Steve and his services. His rates are very reasonable, especially for the quality of his work and premium materials.
