My Bestie is an ICON and we had so much fun! Well he did not me... I have flat feet so I didn't really run the entire thing. I also cut across the finish line but at least I finished. Afterward, there was a private shopping experience with water, Cliff Bars, bananas, tangerines, and Mango snackies. Gift with purchase sweetened the run for me as I was dying from laughter and pain.

It sells trendy women's clothing and accessories, drawing inspiration from streetwear, pop culture, and runway trends. The brand became trendy on TikTok, and this retail store is fairly new as their sales all used to be online. I noticed a buzz and a lot of people shopping here even on a Thursday morning. The decor is fun and has neon and a lot of pinks; you walk under a giant heart cut out when you go through the front door. Prices seem pretty reasonable. It has a bit of a Forever 21 store (RIP) vibe. The nice thing about purchasing things in the store versus online is obviously you get service from the store staff and help with picking out styles in person. Check it out while it's hot.

Customer service was nonexistent: no one greeted my family as we entered the store, even though there were no other customers at the register, and I couldn't find a single employee when I needed help with a couple of t-shirts. I'm sure employees were working in the store--I won't fault anyone for working hard and maybe being out of sight--but I do wish I had received some kind of service. I was ready to spend money there, but I ended up walking out empty-handed.

Location 4 stars: In the Fairfax District area of Los Angeles, at the Grove shopping and entertainment complex. The Grove has a huge but very busy parking structure, so while you may have to journey to the upper levels, you will eventually find parking. Although some businesses may validate part of the parking fees, be prepared to pay somewhere between $10 and $30 depending on how long you stay and which stores you visit. Their validation rules are fairly complex and not straightforward, so be sure to read all the fine print. They also have Valet parking on premises. Venue 5 stars: Beautiful, upscale and trendy set up. Great vibes. Nice choice of space, colors and music to create an upscale yet comparable ambiance. Their audio system is pretty good too :D Service 4 stars: Everyone we encountered were polite, pleasant, helpful and professional. Selection 4 stars: Upscale and trendy women's apparel, mostly geared towards the Millennial and Gen Z demographic cohorts. Styles range from smart casual, elevated basics, and going out attire. Pricing 4 stars: Moderate; on par with similar stores.

They also have non collab hoodies for $175 which is standard store pricing around town. The person working was quick to help and answer our questions while browsing. Inside Madhappy is Pantry West Hollywood, a cute little coffee and matcha shop with outdoorsy chic vibes. It's really cool because they have food items from popular spots like bagels from Courage Bagels (best bagels in la!), Gjusta pastries, Awan ice cream and Job & Vinny's! love all the local spots represented. I went recently for their Hello Kitty collab and got a cute matcha lemonade drink. Their regular matcha drink was very solid, too. Nice little shop right by Craig's, that i'll definitely be back to!

The cream top was sweet, soft, and creamy though which I liked. It was a bit too sweet for me, but I guess this was meant to be mixed with the matcha to sweeten it. Even though it was mixed, the drink was still milky in flavor. This is more of a spot for the ambiance and vibes. The ordering window area and the clothing store itself this spot is located in is pretty aesthetic. If you're looking for a solid matcha in the Weho area, go to Community Goods or Handles. I wouldn't really recommend matcha here unfortunately.

Other luxury brands stand by their quality with professionalism but not Maison Margiela. When I call customer service no one will take initiative to actually get anything done for the repair. They claim managers are the only ones who can help but then they report there are no managers available. It's a true circus of incompetency or worse cynical evasion.
