I am upset that I have to write a negative review, as my initial experience was great…read more I shopped around for cars on 1/21/20 and ultimately decided on a 2011 GMC Terrain. They closed before I made my decision that night and I had to work the next day, so I had to pick up the car and sign the paper work on the morning of 1/23/20. I was told that they had changed the oil and it had passed their "service test." I was very excited as I was desperately in need of a new car. Fast forward to not even two months later, (I hadn't drove the car more than 2,500 miles, and my miles did not exceed the mileage sticker they had put on the inside of my windshield from when they did the first oil change.) I noticed that it was making a loud rattling noise and would literally rock back and forth when I was stopped. My check engine light never once came on, however I knew that something had to be off, so I took it to my mechanic on 3/16. There was absolutely NO oil in the car, and my exhaust manifold was cracked. He called Heubner's and had me take it back to them. I get a call from Heubner's today, 3/17, and they tell me they need to do an oil change and an oil consumption test, and that I would be responsible for 1/2 of the cost of an oil change and to repair the cracked exhaust manifold. Not to mention I would have to drive back to Heubner's (over half an hour away) once a week to test the oil consumption. We clearly know that it is using oil too fast, so what's the point of this "test?" I feel as if they are just giving me the run around. Their main point is that since my warranty (1 month/1,000 mile) is up, barely, all they can do is pay for half. This was unacceptable to me, as I feel these are things that should have been caught before selling the car. Obviously my mechanic cannot do an oil consumption test by seeing the car one time. I also asked if I could just give them the car back and cut my losses. I did not ask for any of the money back that I put down, and they said that they could, but they would need to do an appraisal, and since there are issues with the car it would dramatically decrease the value. Obviously it was sold to me with said issues, I haven't had the car longer than two months and haven't even put 2,500 miles on it. My husband who has worked for a reputable car dealership told me that if this was his company, they would fix the issues at no cost to the customer in situations like these, because they want to keep their customers coming back and want to provide top notch service. Clearly this is not how Heubner's operates. I gave them every opportunity to make it right, and I feel as though they simply don't care now that they have my money. I hate that things had to come to this, as my experience with Kim was great and I have no animosity towards her whatsoever. She was great to work with. My disappointment lies within the service shop and management. I am just disappointed in the company overall. I hope this review helps others who may be considering purchasing a vehicle from here.

TLDR: I've had multiple good experiences with warranty repairs here, despite me being hard to…read moreimpress, and preferring to do my own work. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their Subaru serviced. I bought a new 2022 Outback Wilderness at a different dealership a couple hours away. Since then, I've had many issues with the vehicle, mostly relating to poor assembly quality. I had most of these issues fixed at other dealerships, and each time it took multiple days and trips to the service department. Sometimes they "could not duplicate", other times they did sub-par work and required subsequent trips to fix their mistakes. I got tired of dealing with this process every couple of months when something new went wrong. Enter Huebner Subaru. My mom had an issue with the same dealership I was using while having her 2020 outback serviced. She complained to SOA, who gave her a credit and recommended she try Huebner Subaru next time she needed service. She was satisfied with her experience, and recommended I also try them next time I have an issue. Well, about a year ago my Outback developed an exhaust rattle at idle (which I figured was a heat shield). I let it go a few months because I didn't feel like taking the time to make many trips to the dealership, only for them to not be able to duplicate. I finally got annoyed enough with the rattle to try to get it repaired under warranty. I took it to Huebner for the first time. Within about an hour, the service advisor came back in and told me they determined it was actually the muffler, which was defective. Unfortunately that isn't a part that they stock, so they had to order one. Once that arrived, I went back in and they had it installed in about an hour. I was pleasantly surprised they were able to diagnose and fix the issue as quickly as they did. Fast forward another 6 or so months, and I notice what sounds like a wheel bearing going bad, along with about a 2-4MPG reduction in fuel economy. I made another appointment, took it in, and explained to the service advisor which corner I thought was going out. He got back to me about 45 minutes later saying they were able to determine it was actually the opposite side of the rear from where I suspected, and that they were going to go ahead and replace it under warranty that visit. Another 40 minutes and I'm on my way. An hour and 25 minutes to diagnose and replace a wheel bearing is a lot better than I would've expected from my previous dealership! Additionally, they haven't tried to sell unnecessary services to either my mom or I at any point. This is the first time I've felt obligated to write a positive review for a car dealership (especially their service department), but I feel they deserve it!

I needed an AWD car for my job, and after searching around, I found a few Imprezas that fit what I was looking for.I could have gone anywhere in Ohio (or anywhere at all for that matter), but after seeing that Huebner had almost 5 stars on various review pages, I made my first stop in Carrollton. I didn't need to go any further. The sales team was exemplary in the knowledge of their product, understood what I NEEDED, and also what I WANTED. My financing options were laid out clearly, and everything was very transparent. We worked through several scenarios with down payments etc, and there wasn't the slightest bit of disappointment or pushback from anyone even though the dealership had, at that point, closed two hours ago. They are extremely accommodating, and will without hesitation go the extra mile to earn your business. Carrollton might not be close, but it's worth the drive. PS they let me test drive the STi and that was awesome, so there's that too.

We found the exact car my wife wanted for a fair price in the Wintersville - Steubenville Area. I am glad we didn't settle and pay too much back then at Guess Ford. Fast-forward a few years, we needed service on our 2018 Ford EcoSport and they were the closest dealership. So, after almost six weeks I picked up my car last evening and all the service desk attendants could do was read what was on the service order but no comprehension of the work that was done to my car. It appears that more was wrong with my EcoSport than I was led to believe. Thankfully under Warranty but still in the dark. Also, I don't understand why the odometer had a lot of extra miles on it when I picked it up (log my miles). The car was extremely dirty, but I guess that is what happens when it sits for several weeks. We accidentally left something in the service loaner / rental and as soon as I arrived home called the dealership but after about two hours was told the item was not in the vehicle ... I Guess someone needed my wife's sunglasses more than she does. I would describe Guess Motors as Overpriced and Customer Service Impaired. Practically growing up on Ford Dealership lot and then working for a Cadillac, GMC Truck, Pontiac, Buick, Oldsmobile and Chevrolet Dealership, I have High Expectations and High Standards so maybe I do expect more. I am hoping the service they completed on my car is better than the overall customer service of the dealership.

My life circumstances has required me to cut my life's expenses. I arrived at the dealership and I thought it was odd that they wanted to look at my trade first before I even looked at the vehicle I was there to see. The sales manager came out, introduced himself (wish I could remember his name) took my keys, went and inspected my vehicle, came back without a word and dropped my keys back on the salesman desk I was sitting at. The salesman provided me with a CarFax report and stated their service center had inspected and serviced the vehicle. The salesman then said he would pull the vehicle I was looking at up to the front of the building. I could see him going back and forth, just wandering, first saying he couldn't find the keys, then he comes over and said it was out of gas and he needed to go put gas in it. When he comes back , he's at the front counter, back turned, talking to someone at the front desk. I had an uncomfortable feeling. He finally returned and said, ok I have it pulled up out front. I get into the vehicles drivers seat. I turn the vehicle on. EVERY Dash-light and warning sign is on. Brake, transmission, sensors , abs, steering.
