My father bought a car a little over a month ago from here. The sales person was very aware that we were from WV and the vehicle that we would purchase MUST pass WV inspection. We test drove the first car and as soon as we started driving down the road the dash lights popped on. We went to Auto Zone and got the check engine light checked. They came up with multiple problems. My dad really liked this car. We returned to the dealer and the mechanic stated that he could reset the light so it would pass inspection... (huh.... Like what???!!) So he knowingly was trying to sell us a car under false pretenses. We were going to be spending thousands for this used car, there was no way that resetting the engine was even acceptable.so we chose to test drive other cars. Mostly all the cars had lights across the dashboard like it was Christmas. The sales person Erica directed us to a couple cars that "would pass WV inspection"!! Unbeknownst to us any car could pass inspection if the house mechanic had reset the engine lights. He settled on a car that was a 2015 for $10,900, with no dash lights on it. He was very happy with his purchase until the next day after he drove the car for about 25-30 miles, then low and behold every dash light on the car started coning on. We took it to Auto Zone to check the lights and returned it back to the dealer. 1. The man who was in charge of the car lot was not reachable by ohone we just so happened to come in when he was there. He assured my Dad that he would fix our problems, and he did. But moving forward to getting the car inspected. We took it to a licensed mechanic who does all of our work to get it inspected. Would you believe that it failed inspection!!! There was 5 different things wrong with the car that made it fail a visual inspection. I called the man in charge and couldn't reach him and was told by the sales person that if she would call him it wouldn't guarantee he would return our call. I reached him through a friend and was basically told to wait 45 days to fraud the warranty company. Idk who does business like this but we dont, nor would we have bought a car for $10,900 if it wasnt right or ready to pass WV inspection.BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS CAR LOT!!! read more
