While I was there I was treated like my purchase was important to them. I mostly worked w Z but Sam and all the others were so kind. There was a little pulsating in the steering wheel when I applied the breaks. Z said no worries we will take care of this. I bought the car right then and then took it to my mechanic. Saw a few little minor things and I told Z and he sent me the money to repair. Not only that , I had then to take the car to a notary that was a few miles away and the notary also said how wonderful they were to deal with. Good guys she said. While I was there another customer was there also buying a car. He said he had purchased 3 cars from them. I said I was concerned about buying a car from a used car dealer. His excate words were "they'll cover you likeca blanket " and they did. I couldn't be more pleased!!!!

A family member strongly suggested talking to Josh at the Ohio Valley Dealership after deciding to purchase a Honda CR-V at the suggestion of my mechanic. The dealership's online inventory helped in the decision and changed my mind about which model when that "Certified" word appeared on the smaller 2020 HR-V Sport. By chance the next day my neighbor took me for a ride in her Honda and I immediately put $ down to reserve that certified car. No regrets weeks later - it looked showroom new according to our son on the day to drive it home. Josh was wonderful in providing a book manual, and details about the car, including Carvana's report, and Ohio Valley Honda's warranty.

I arrive looking for a specific type of used vehicle. We find only one that has been recently traded. Not ready for the showroom, but we go take a look. I then ask what the numbers are on it and I have to wait 2 days for pricing. Because a mechanic needs a ride to Pittsburgh the next day and will be using this very vehicle. I come back to talk money/insurance a day later. They don't tell you about any hidden fees until you're locked in. Document fee is complete BS. When it comes time to reviewing the bill. Then they play dumb and stare at the ceiling. We finish the paperwork. I request a full tank of gas. They look at me like I have 10 heads. Then I'm told, "We don't do that here." Well then I said, "I don't buy a car here." The sales person gets into the car and goes to get gas. In addition to the above experience, it was then followed by the below. I specifically requested a loan that would not have a payoff penalty fee. I was told NO PROBLEM. Pay the vehicle off - early payoff penalty fee. They don't explain that the title will be an electronic title and charge you $30.50 for title and registration. But when it comes time to give you your title, they claim that's your responsibility to pay an additional fee after the fact. OVERALL: I'm pleased. Because I never have to deal with them again and they provided me with the opportunity to write this wonderful review to tell the world to be wary of stepping foot into this dealership. THE END.

It tookseveral phone calls just together through to the service desk. I made an appointment for 7 weeks in advance for the annual inspection. The inspection went well, I only needed one tire to pass, and they didn't have it in stock so I was asked to call back. Again it was impossible to get through to the service desk. I got a message to buy a medical device or it went straight to Car Shop Cranberry. When I spoke with someone at the Cranberry location. I was told they couldn't make any appointments for the Robinson service desk, and they couldn't transfer me to the Robinson service. The clerk said the Robinson shop phones "didn't work". I was going to go into the Robinson service area in person, but on the way, I drove by 5 tire stores. I'll make an appointment at one of those businesses for my one 129.95 tire. And Carshop has lost our entire family's business. We used to only buy our cars their and always had a great experience. Maybe 3 cars bought there in ten years doesn't mean anything to whoever changed Carsense to Carshop. But im not buying a car from someplace that doesn't have phones that work.
