At this place however her dealer gave all the right information, details and made sure everything was very transparent and straightforward. They were the only ones that didn't try to add on additional useless stuff to the end price! The dealers were very friendly and quick on the paperwork, they also offered a fair price for the trade-in and gave great interest rate. The name of the dealer was Nate Blackburn, would 10/10 do business with him again.

We bought our first and last vehicle from them! The finance department screwed up somewhere in the…read morepaperwork, and we ended up getting a check from Ford. It was made out in my husbands name, and nowhere did it say this is a rebate or it is for the dealership. So he cashed it. Now, the dealership has been calling and harassing my husband about getting their money back! I feel they should've gone to Ford or gotten it internally resolved because of the "customer is always right" motto. Not for this dealership! They feel they are entitled to this money and have called every day wanting it back. Now, they are threatening legal action if we do not pay it back.
