The slices were very dry; the crust was dry and the cheese was dry (not gooey at all) even though the slices were fresh out of the oven. *Burrata Slice: Very simple. A cheese slice topped with a scoop of burrata. Decent, but not memorable. I would skip this in the future. *Fig Jam & Bacon Slice: My favorite of the two slices I tried. The combination of fig jam and salty bacon was unique and worked really well together. *Pistachio Soft Serve: Very nutty in the first few bites before mellowing into a smooth, creamy soft serve, lacking in flavor other than from the overpowering salt flakes sprinkled on top. It's a good option if you like soft serve that's very creamy and not sweet, but I would recommend skipping the salt. It was basically the only thing I could taste. *Carrot Cake: Decent. It was very fresh, but a bit flavorless. The service was the standout. For a place that is so viral and consistently busy, everyone was incredibly friendly and patient, especially the woman working the register. I visited around 11 a.m. on a weekday, and the line was either nonexistent or very short during the 45 minutes I was there. The service was great; they drew the cutest card when they found out it was my brother's birthday and let us bring a cake. And they also offered hair ties to the people with long hair.
