We were warmly greeted by the friendly staff and directed to a bench while we waited. Seating is limited, but we were seated within about 20 minutes, and it was worth it. The place was full of locals who clearly knew each other and welcomed us as first-timers, sharing their favorite menu items. The atmosphere felt authentic and inviting. The restaurant was clean, and our waitress was fantastic, friendly, attentive, and a big part of our experience. We started with ice-cold local beers and chicharrones with spicy sauce, which were delicious. We then shared the chicken wings and brisket with coleslaw, along with a side of tostones.
