Luckily Freppe's makes it fun by serving up the margarita mix if you bring along the tequila. Done! Freppe's ended up being the perfect spot for a little lunch, and not just the DIY margaritas. We had perfect weather so sat outside on their patio, had a really lovely waitress taking our orders, and served up some pretty delicious food. I got the mahi mahi tacos and they were pretty great. Lots of fish and the verde salsa had so much flavor. I think the fish was just a bit overcooked, so I will probably try something else on my next visit, but still loved my meal. We got some churros for dessert and oooooh man they were good. Piping hot and filled with a caramel or dulce de leche sauce that was so tasty. Perfect cap to to a great meal. We'll be back! My mindset was in the spirit of supporting Black Owned Businesses, I should give it a try and promote it because this pandemic has really affected some many businesses. So I got a my favorite curry chicken roti and beef patties, I missed out on getting the jerk chicken patty because it had just sold out. I was very impressed with how the beef patties looked, they were nice and fluffy with beef filling up the inside. It wasn't too flaky and in my opinion they were just perfect! The curry chicken roti was definitely a winner! Inside a roti, you will find well seasoned curry chicken mixed with potatoes and I just loved the flavor! I'm getting hungry just thinking about it and I wish I could turn back the hands of time and eat it all over again lol. They have very affordable prices and you get good quality food so you won't be disappointed that's for sure. It looks more like a takeout place, but it's got seating if you wanna stay in and eat. I got four revueltas pupusas (2 fish, 2 meat) and a plain corn tamale. The pupusas were super hot and fragile, so I had to eat them with a fork and knife instead of like a taco. They were very good, especially with their green and red sauces. The red sauce had a decent amount of heat, but i liked the clean flavor of the green sauce more. At less than $3.00 per pupusa, it's a cheap, tasty, and filling meal. The tamale was like an under cooked cornbread. The sour cream on top helped bring out the sweetness of the corn. Good spot for cheap eats

My wife ordered the senorita flaca burrito and I ordered the chicken fajitas. After you order, they will give you a complimentary basket of chips and salsa. Salsa was tasty and chips were fresh and crispy. My chicken fajita dish was very good. Cooked hot and fresh. The tortilla shells came out wrapped in foil and scalding hot. Very difficult to unwrap because of that. Shocking they would come out this way because it will burn your skin. No warning from the waitress. Not enough shells in the packet (3). My wife enjoyed her burrito. Plenty of veggies. Both portions were very generous. The service could have been better. The waitress never came back for the obligatory "how is everything." We could have used refills on our soft drinks and more tortilla shells. Prices were reasonable and not exorbitant.

The restaurant serves delicious, fresh food in a very homey atmosphere. The servers are kind, attentive, and so helpful; from time to time, you might even be served by Pancho himself, who is an absolute gem! We started with the guacamole and chips, followed by the nachos, where you can customize them with your choice of meat. For our entrees, we ordered the Huaraches with steak, which is a large, handmade, slightly fried tortilla topped with beans, onions, lettuce, crema, and cheese. We also got the Tacos, which come five to an order. You can choose up to two meats, but we stuck with the classic Al Pastor. The meat was so tender and flavorful, served with the traditional onion, cilantro, and lime on the side. Finally, and my personal favorite, we had the Picaditas. Like the tacos, you can choose two meats, so we went with Al Pastor and steak. Similar to the Huaraches, these are four smaller, slightly fried homemade tortillas with green and red sauce on the bottom, topped with lettuce, onion, and cheese! To wash everything down, we had the homemade Agua de Jamaica (hibiscus tea), though their Horchata is also delicious. Overall, this is one of my favorite spots; it reminds me of my childhood, and the food is just as good as what you'd find in Mexico. If you're looking for an authentic experience, this is it!
