I had a problem with a refrigerator I got from them, and they replaced it. The second refrigerator developed an issue with the ice maker, and they repaired it for no charge. Their service is absolutely great. I bought a washing machine, and it didn't fit in the space in my house. I asked Max if they had one the same dimensions of my old one (that they took to scrap for me) and he tried to talk me out of it, as the one he had was older and not as good a unit. However, as I didn't want to tear open walls, I took the older one. His concern in providing the best unit I could afford was some of the best customer service I've ever had. I referred them to friends, and everyone has been very happy with them.

The people that work the front desk are very nice and helpful, but to get to your consultant takes an act of congress. My consultant is either sick, on vacation, out of the showroom for training, or "catching up from being out of the office". Over and over again. Repeated emails, calling the showroom to speak with someone else only leads to them giving your consultant a message to call you which is not prioritized. It can take weeks to get a response and get your choices ordered. I didn't want to buy from Lowes or Home Depot bc warranty work is hard to deal with (in my experience). If you order from Ferguson online, you are at the mercy of contract delivery and installation people, so you have to go through the showroom. Thank heavens my appliances are all ordered now - painful process. I only dealt with one showroom consultant and it may be different with others. The delivery manager, after a snafu with scheduling for the first delivery and in response to my survey results, personally called me and gave me his cell number in the event I had any further deliveries - which I did and they were seamless.

The customer service at Saniway is what one would hope could be found at other merchants but these days, it really is a rarity to have the level of conscientiousness and care that I've experienced here. A few minutes later I get a text asking if I want to move forward with text. Cool, sure. Then I ask if it's a human or a bot so I know whether to wait for a call -- and boom, the tone flips. They snap back "we don't open until 9:30 a.m." I said, "right, I mentioned that in my voicemail." And they admit they hadn't listened to it yet. So basically, texting me early just to scold me for contacting them early... before even checking the message I left saying I knew they weren't open yet. Then came the rant about being treated poorly and bad vibes from customers. At that point, I just said "no worries, I'll go elsewhere" -- because clearly it's not the vacuums that need repair, it's the energy. Dropping mine off today at a place that runs on positive vibrations, not static and defensiveness. Would genuinely recommend this business invest in a quick tune-up of their communication filter before blaming the customers for the dust.
