I had a problem with a refrigerator I got from them, and they replaced it. The second refrigerator developed an issue with the ice maker, and they repaired it for no charge. Their service is absolutely great. I bought a washing machine, and it didn't fit in the space in my house. I asked Max if they had one the same dimensions of my old one (that they took to scrap for me) and he tried to talk me out of it, as the one he had was older and not as good a unit. However, as I didn't want to tear open walls, I took the older one. His concern in providing the best unit I could afford was some of the best customer service I've ever had.
