I've bought several items from them and their selection of used appliances is very strong, and affordable. If you're on a budget, they likely have something in your price range compared to the "usual suspects". Their staff works with you, is friendly, skilled and helpful. I had a problem with a refrigerator I got from them, and they replaced it. The second refrigerator developed an issue with the ice maker, and they repaired it for no charge. Their service is absolutely great. I bought a washing machine, and it didn't fit in the space in my house. I asked Max if they had one the same dimensions of my old one (that they took to scrap for me) and he tried to talk me out of it, as the one he had was older and not as good a unit. However, as I didn't want to tear open walls, I took the older one. His concern in providing the best unit I could afford was some of the best customer service I've ever had. I referred them to friends, and everyone has been very happy with them.

My partner and I recently stopped in because it was so difficult to try and organize a purchase of…read morea good quality washer and dryer elsewhere (ex- nobody on Facebook wanted to deliver and many other places didn't have great reviews or options) We stopped in about 30 minutes before close (oops-sorry) and the owner/manager was helping someone. Someone was ahead of us too. He was so sweet and apologized asking us if we could wait. We assured him we could and browsed. Even though it was closing time he really took his time walking us around and discussing options. He showed us some options in the back that were available. He also was honest and patient as we asked questions. We decided on two machines (washer and dryer) with delivery ($50 for delivery and each machine was around $200). Overall worth it for the ease, attention and peace of mind. They were a bit backed up with deliveries but got us in the next week. They were flexible ish with when the delivery could be which helped my work from home situation out. The delivery men were incredibly sweet, efficient and professional. They communicated well and did an awesome job even staying to make sure everything worked. The machines are great and they assured us we could call with any problems. Highly recommend this option if you need appliances that are used but quality (they also have other things gs such as fridges and microwaves).

After a month and a half of no part and various excuses related to health of a family member, I requested a refund. Communication was difficult throughout. After pressing for my money, I was told a refund check was mailed on Feb. 25. I waited seven days, but no check arrived. When I followed up, Mr. Atkinson offered to "stop payment" and bring a check. Based on the pattern of behavior, I informed him I would only accept cash. Provided a partial refund because he decided to keep the diagnosis fee. Would not recommend.

Mark came to my house 8 days ago to look at my fridge. He said it needed a new fan. He ordered…read morethe fan and said it would be here in two days. Here I am 8 days later with no repair work done. He hasn't called me or said a word to me since he came 8 days ago. Every time I call or text he either ghosts me or tells me he is running the tracking number on the part. As has been said in some of the other yelp reviews, Mark also charged me for the part AND installation right from the outset. It is dishonest to charge a person for the install when the install is not yet completed. This guy is a complete fraud and con man. Stay away from this guy.
