I buzzed into the store to purchase a cord and while speaking with the owner, Greg, I began complaining about my system; slow, complaint 2 ... complaint 99, and I woefully suggested perhaps I needed to break down and purchase another system. Greg proceeded to share w/ me the great attributes of my laptop and then suggested replacing my factory hard drive w/ a solid state hard drive. Wow! All the difference in the world.
