I was charged for the stop at storage and all he took out was the washer and dryer. Everything else was left in storage because he could pack the truck efficiently. He had random moving help and switched people in the middle of the move. Then he wanted to change up and say that the fee was an appliance fee, but he never told me there was an appliance fee on the front end. I booked him through U-Haul initially, and then his services were suspended through U-Haul. I should have known then to just use someone else. He also made a 30 minute pitstop at a gas station for a bathroom break. Very disappointed.

I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews.
