He came back and said he's got some bad news. He got his tool And he could not get it unstuck he'd have to come back. He left the fireplace and all of the parts laying around, but we did we rescheduled for a third time, this time the manager came out. He was also very nice and polite. He got the tool unstuck. He worked quickly to find the issue, which was a bad capacitor in the outdoor unit, and was able to replace it with a new part he had on hand. Even with the holiday surcharge, the total cost was about what I expected, and Kirk was patient with me as he explained the cost breakdown. Now 10 yrs later I have a new plan because those replaced units are now needing repair. My water heater went out, They recommended the best place to purchase and installed for $700. Cost us $1800 total with a top of the line rod extended 12yr warranty. Now that new AC unit that was replaced by the home warranty is on its last leg and leaking Freon. Think we will get a new furnace too before the old style supply runs out. They have also replaced our sump pump and Watchdog system. They aren't the cheapest option you can find but the quality of work is the best out there.
