Not only did they vacuum out the ducts, they covered the vents prior, so debris would not come flying out and make a mess (which no other company had done). Then they followed with vacuuming the exterior of the exhaust vents and then used a spray cleaner to clean the exterior of all the vents and returns. They may have even done more, but being a commercial job, I didn't follow them around and see all that they did. I also did not have any personal interaction with them. But I can say, the vents in our 35 year old building have never been cleaner, and they didn't make a mess while doing their job either.
