I did the…read more"Mother Lode" combo, which includes the main main tour, plus an additional mine tour, which to reach it that requires a quarter mile hike up a trail, and gold panning (after several tries I only found one tiny gold flake, but I got something!). Definitely bring sunscreen for the second tour, as you will be sitting outside in the sun for a little bit. It's cool and refreshing inside the mines, and they're full of history, right down to the wooden shafts that still have numbers painted on them from the miners of 1800s. You will learn about mining history and how harrowing and challenging it was, and see the actual tools they used, and how techniques developed over time. You will see shafts and tunnels you cannot explore but remain from days of old that inspire the imagination. You will also hear some silly ghost stories, and even see how UV light illuminates the rocks and minerals in the mines. Interested in history, gold, geology, or mining? Even if you aren't, take this tour anyway! It's well worth it, and the guides do a great job.

This year we did the tour of the cave and it was super super interesting me as well and my kids really loved it :-) I did too! Lastly, the chipmunks. You could literally just go for the chipmunks lol! They are so super friendly and so much fun! We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

I learned sooooo much from Phillip, I wish I would have taken notes, (bc there was room on the backside of the menu), just another small detail that makes me want to book again!!! I can't wait till I plan a trip to Vegas, as I will be booking them again. Oh and did I mention the whole staff wore masks the whole time! It was safe, delicious and fun!!! Definitely worth the price!

He wasn't wrong! His whole team was professional and so much fun to be around. The limo picked us up & Angelique (our hostess) educated us about cannabis and terpenes & food pairing with it. Our first stop was at High Country Healing, where Joe (budtender) overwhelmed us with buds, jars & smells! He made us feel so relaxed We stopped at the eatery to meet with our chef and have an appetizer. He was absolutely amazing and food was scrumptious! Next we went to our private wine tasting & pairing with Susanne (Frisco Wine Merchant). Another great fun educated lesson, she was a hoot! Then we went back to the eatery for our delicious entree & dessert. Also, we had the best Fall scenic route. We LOVED everything about it! We would love to do it again!

Our guide, Kevin, was an absolute star! He took so many pictures, gave us so much history as we drove, and pointed out all the sites to see. We even stopped for hot chocolate! Unfortunately, due to the snow, we didn't get to go tubing, but completely forgot about it til I wrote this review. Truly couldn't have imagined the tour with anyone else. Everyone was so kind from check in, to driving to the drop off spot, to coming back down after the tour. It was an incredible experience all around. Ps. Highly recommend getting the $30 insurance. A pair in our group unfortunately did tip the snowmobile over (all was fine and snowmobile was ok) but it's great to have just in case. You don't know how to navigate the turns until you're on them.
