Can anyone give me an average price for 6 people wanting the works?

for 6 people it's $175 per person. The price does decrease with more people.

The site only talks about large groups for the 3 course dinner - however, I'm wondering if this something that my husband and I would be able to do while vacationing here? Perhaps be paired with other small groups?

Well appointed room, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with all the little luxuries. It has a steam room, and outdoor pool and a very nice lounge for chilling apres ski. There is a shuttle to and from the Arabelle where you have a very short walk to the lift. There's also a tent there where you check your skis and poles so you don't have to schlep them back to the hotel. The shuttle takes all of 90 seconds. Wonderful friendly staff and valet parking - free for the first car. Highly recommended!

There are different types of rooms in the hotel. Some are managed by Marriott and others by property managers. We booked a two bedroom unit through booking.com. I assumed it was through Marriott but we were in a Vail Resorts managed unit. The place was nice. Plenty of space for our group of 4 to spread out. The 3 full bathrooms in the unit were nice. Good kitchen with a good ice maker. Also, great wifi. Very comfortable bed. Steam shower in the master bedroom. Cookies in the evenings in the lobby. Super nice staff! Why doesn't this place get the 5th star? Well, I think it could be a bit clearer with who manages what. When I checked in I asked to put my bonvoy number on the reservation. Nope, can't do that unless you book a Marriott room. Also, no daily housekeeping. Not a huge deal but would have been nice. Also, $50 or $55 a night, I can't remember, to park your car. That's outrageous in my opinion. Hot tubs didn't seem to be at 104.

I don't think I'm a ski fan (I tried it and once was more than enough) but still love the beauty I see. We were told that NYE was also crazy busy but didn't realize Valentine weekend would be too. Beautiful nevertheless!

My buddy and I finally made the drive over from Arizona and had a blast skiing here. Breckenridge Ski Resort (or just Breck) is a popular resort that is owned and operated by Vail Resorts, Inc. We have Epic Passes and used them while we were here. Breckenridge Ski Resort opened in 1961 and has a total of 35 chair lifts. It has five peaks that are part of the Ten Mile Range. We stayed in nearby Frisco and made the short drive over each morning. We then took the BreckConnect Gondola to Peak 8 and began our day there. Lower Peak 8 is home to the base village of Breckenridge Ski Resort. There are places to eat, shop and rent gear in this area. For trails, there is a good mix of beginner, intermediate and advanced runs that you can access from Lower Peak 8. Check out Ullr, the Norse god of Snow statue while you are here at base village. My buddy and I are intermediate skiers that mix in some black runs here and there. I personally have been skiing since my teenage years. We spent most of our first day skiing runs off the Colorado and Rocky Mountain Superchair lifts to get our warmup reps in. We then finished our day hitting some blue runs over at Peak 6. There are a number of places to grab food and drinks. We hit Sevens (at the base of Peak 7) for an early morning Bloody Mary. We also grabbed lunch at T-Bar over at base village. But for the most part, we snacked on granola bars and other goodies that we carried in our pockets. We like to grab hotels that have a big continental breakfast so that we don't have to spend a lot of cash on food on the slopes. Day Two we wanted more challenging runs. Some people told us that Whale's Tail is a good challenge and fun to ski on. Whale's Tail is a double black diamond run that has a 604-foot drop, from 12,858 to 12,254 feet. It is nestled between Peak 7 and 8 and you have to take the Imperial Express lift to get to it. Imperial Express is the highest lift in North America at 12,840 feet. Crossing the catwalk in strong windy weather was no fun. But you get beautiful views of the entire mountain from the top of Whale's Tail once you get there. If was worth the challenge and we had fun skiing down it. The rest of the day we took it easy and skied mostly green and blue runs over at Peak 8 and 9 to wrap up our trip. We enjoyed hanging out in the town of Breckenridge after our two days of skiing. The town itself is very charming and has a number of bars and restaurants. Breckenridge attracts all sorts of outdoor enthusiasts in both the summer and winter. Breckenridge Ski Resort has made the town a popular destination for skiers since it opened in the 60's. The town is definitely worth a stop after a day on the slopes.

We worked with Elizabeth Waldmann (Ebs) for our wedding, and five out of five stars is not nearly enough kudos for Ebs. More like 100 out of 5. We worked with Ebs for almost a year, and my husband and I both feel so emotionally connected and indebted to Ebs for everything she did for us. From finding vendors who all were out of this world spectacular (caterer, baker, hair stylist, makeup artist - even finding the perfect officiant) to finding a perfect venue to replace our original venue after it fell through, to receiving 30+ packages on our behalf (Breckenridge was a destination wedding), to finding the perfect decorator to match our wishes and budget - not an easy task - and finally to being there on the big day to make everything flow perfectly. I felt at ease the moment I saw Ebs had arrived on wedding day. Ebs was always extremely attentive, professional and knowledgeable, often knowing more about what we wanted than we did and answering questions before we thought to ask them. I told Ebs that my husband and I would walk off a cliff if she told us to, because we know she'd have a good reason to do so and that we'd be perfectly safe under her care. One of the only hard parts of our wedding day was the end, and saying goodbye to Ebs - although I was ready to be done with wedding planning, it was with a very heavy heart that Rob and I wrapped up our wedding day. I am even getting emotional writing this out. If you are looking for a wedding planner in the Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail & Beaver Creek area, (first of all, good for you! Wedding planners are seriously awesome, and a fantastic investment to making your special day the best it can be!), look no further than Distinctive Mountain Events. They have my strongest endorsement and I am confident that you will be so happy with your decision. It wasn't just that we had Ebs at our side - it was that everything came together so much better because of her work as well as her recommendations. We were so happy with our wedding, our venues and our vendors, and we cannot thank Ebs and Distinctive Mountain Events enough for making our wedding day a perfect experience.

Her vendor recommendations were spot-on, and her strong relationships with them helped make our wedding vision come to life seamlessly. Ebs is incredibly hard-working, organized, and always on top of every detail. I really appreciated our phone check-ins throughout the planning process - she made everything feel so manageable and FUN! About a month before our wedding, we faced a major curveball when my mom became too sick to attend. Ebs went above and beyond during an incredibly emotional time, helping us make the necessary adjustments and helping make my mom's presence felt throughout the day. On the wedding day, Ebs was everywhere she needed to be - attentive, calm, and ready to handle any little thing that popped up. She even gave my husband and I a ride to our after party when we missed the last bus! I can't recommend her enough. If you're getting married in Summit County, you need Ebs on your team. I am going to miss all of the laughs during our phone calls!! :) Thank you for everything, Ebs!
