We are thrilled with our bathroom renovation. Vinnie made several visits to our house before we…read morepicked him for the job. His quote was competitive with others we spoke with but we ultimately went with Vinnie because of his personal approach. He was thorough and thoughtful in his ideas, answered our many questions (many times!) and explained his process completely. He kept us informed throughout the job, brought things to our attention that we never would have noticed or known about, and led always with considerations of safety. He is a stickler for doing things right and his meticulousness gave us great peace of mind. We love how the bathroom looks but really, what we love the most is knowing that, behind the walls, everything is exactly as it should be. Steve, who works with him, is also fantastic. They are a hardworking team and they are respectful of your home. Everyday our home and driveway were left clean so that if you didn't know we were doing work, you'd never guess. We recommend VB wholeheartedly.

John was responsive, friendly and communicative and came to the house within a day to provide me with an estimate that I felt was very fair. He was transparent, describing in detail what areas of my property he thought would be more of a challenge to clean thoroughly, but was confident the house would be much cleaner when he was done...and he was right. On the day of the job, John arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and was accommodating with our alternate side / street parking situation (this being Sunnyside). He and his assistant worked quickly and the results were stunning. In particular, our driveway, sidewalks and front steps are cleaner than we've ever seen them. John is fair and honest and a nice guy and really great at what he does. Don't hesitate to use him if you need power washing done.

Flaky to schedule with and didn't do much for my home's exterior…read more Scheduling: I needed to follow up with these guys a couple times when they missed their time window or didn't get back in touch with a time. Effectiveness: They probably got 20% of the grime off my brick house before telling me it was not possible to get it any cleaner. I have to believe that a company that does this routinely could have given me a heads up that the "textured brick" or whatever could have made cleaning impossible. On the sections that did get clean, e.g. bluestone elements, there are uneven spray patterns indicating that they didn't attempt to do everything they could. Overpriced because I paid the agreed price for way less than the agreed upon service. Somehow they also brought a social media guy out with a whole camera rig to film themselves _not_ getting my house clean, which was pretty funny.
