They also had a scheduling problem with a worker and had to cancel our appointment after my wife had taken off of work to meet them, after waiting for a month. Overall they are nice people, and very good and efficient at what they do. But the long wait times for an install and then the cancellation just knocked it down a touch. The person on the phone was apologetic and they tried to get in ASAP after the cancellation, which was good. Happy overall, good company!
