He DID NOT look in the drain, he DID NOT look in the shower, and then showed me a pricing guide for a quote of $695 plus tax. When I confronted him about why he did not look in the shower, look in the drain, or ask me questions about the shower clog before quoting me a price, he got belligerent in voice and told me "I am the expert, you called me". I've had to have drains snaked before - they cost $100-$200 tops, or $300 in an emergency. Roto Rooter hires unprofessional and uncourteous people, and are predatory in their pricing quotes. Avoid.
