They did a camera inspection of the sewer line which turned out was partially blocked so then they quickly ran a snake through a couple of tomes and then did a second inspection after the line was cleared. My only complaint was they were not very forthcoming about telling me the additional cost to snake the sewer line which ended up being double what I had originally planned for the camera inspection. Near disaster. Started with replacing a sink connection which was leaking. Instead of turning off…read morethe basement connection. Turned off the main and drained the line. When everything was done the Hot water was muddy. Replaced the Hot Water heater and since they did not replace a 47 year old shutoff which they had used and was now leaking had to have Lilco find the gas leak and another plumber fix the problem. The second plumber said some of the connections were only hand tight!
